Having to wait over 7 mins in the drive thru with 1 other person in front of you is pretty crazy. Seemed like they were trying to resolve some sort of payment issue but instead of pulling the person forward they just handled everything at the window while me (the litteral only other customer) waits. The food isn’t that good anymore and its way overpriced anyways so I just went to the McDonald’s across the street and it was quicker, cheaper and the same quality

Ordered the artisan buffalo chicken wrap this time with lemonade and curly fries.. The artisan wrap was nice. The main problem was buffalo chicken had very less sauce on it. Otherwise it was good. Love their lemonade.

I like Arby’s always have. But I feel that big hedge fund bought it and that discourages me. Today I had the 2 for $6 (chicken sandwich & reg roast beef) small fries and a small drink. $11.63. Food was fine. The place is clean, there is some drive thru traffic and little walk in traffic. It’s lunchtime on a Thursday. There may need to consider a somewhat different model if they want to keep the lights on.

Ya know “shrinkflation” is a real thing. The proportions compared to price are not equal. Its too expensive for amount and quality. I feel like the employees also see this. The conversations I’ve had with employees here have let me know that size/amount has changed significantly. Just not enough bang for the buck. Unless I have no other option, I probably won’t be back. I can’t really afford it and it just doesn’t taste as good as it used to. I’m sincerely sorry for this outcome.

Had a chicken cordon blue. Chicken was dry. Ham was not much better. Fries were burnt and tasted like they used very old oil. Also waited almost 15 minutes for food and nothing was said

I am so sad, I love Arby’s. I worked for the company for a short period of time. Loved the whole situation.
However, I got a Ruben this evening and I am not okay, I got on half of my sandwich with sauerkraut. When you order a Ruben, it’s mainly for the sauerkraut. I am excited with staying open later. Its about time. Now I have 2 restaurants close by that is open at a later time. Now to get the food right! I’ll try again, however that is all you will have if I get disappointed again.

I come to this location to get a sandwich and the sandwich and the price does not match I got to French dip and swish and it look like a hot dog bun with a little bit of meat in it I used to come here for good quality food but they have fallen off you’re going to spend 17 bucks on a sandwich might as well add three more dollars and go to Osaka’s where they give you a lot of food
