We had the French dip sub, it was very good. But I must commend the manager on duty Christmas eve, Jessica. She did a very good job in handling a difficult customer. She handled herself with respect and professionalism with a calm demeanor when basically being verbally attacked. She went above and beyond in my opinion to try to satisfy the irate customer. Other customers were commenting on the situation and agreed She handled herself well. No one wants to have to work on Christmas Eve, let along to be given a hard time. They all (whole crue) deserve a big thank you and recognition for serving your company well on Christmas Eve. I hope they all have a safe and happy holiday season.

I had the King’s Hawaiian sweet heat beef and brisket sandwich this time. Had a deal for $3 off for $10 total. So ordered a market fresh lemonade too. The sandwich was really good and the flavor was awesome. Lemonade was good too.

The “food” for lack of a better word was the absolute WORST. The so-called Roast Beef was of NO COW. The meat was absolutely processed, tasted like cardboard, legit 1 bite and it was spit into a napkin and trashed! $15.00 down the drain.
