Last few times we have been here have been horrible. The last time we went we had to repeat our order 4 times and they still got it wrong, had to go in to get it right and still had to repeat it again not only that but they complained and said it was because of the customer in front of us messed them up on the orders when in fact they messed up on hers and everyone else’s. This last time they shoved a bunch of Arby’s packets in the curly fries and only filled it with curly fries half way up. Pay for a large curly fry and only getting a small. We will be going to a different Arby’s for now on.

I ordered a roast beef & cheddar sandwich. Im allergic to onions, so I requested a plain bun. I also verbalize that I needed 5 packet’s of Arby’s sauce. When I arrived home, I found that they gave me an onion bun, no cheese at all, and NO Arby’s sauce. I gave the sandwich to my precious little dog. At least someone enjoyed it!! So yall check next time!! 1 star today.

We went today and had the two for six dollars fish sandwiches. A small order of curly fries and two small fountain drinks. For the $13.63 cents that it cost I thought it was an excellent value. The fish sandwiches was better than Popeyes fried fish sandwiches. It was a better deal than McDonald’s fish sandwiches. I recommend giving them a try. The young man who waited on us at the counter was courteous and professional.

Tonight’s crew made my experience the best Arby’s experience I have ever had! The attitude & outgoing personalities that this crew tonight has shown is a inspiration! As a district manager for a large retail franchise I have seen it all and this crew has all the attributes that I train my managers to look for. What an amazing culture they have and the team work is clearly pristine. It’s very difficult to find one all star today but this shift has an entire crew! Thanks again Alex and his crew for setting the example and being leaders!

Food was extremely cold. Both meat and bun. Only thing that was barely warm was the potato cakes and they were mushy on the inside. Drive thru worker was great. Food was terrible

Sat in the drive thru for 5 min with no response. Drove to the window and no one to be found. They were open and I took a picture of their hours to be sure. I was there around 10:25. I don’t know how they expect to get business when they weren’t serving anyone. I also saw three cars in the lot and one employee was walking in when I pulled up to the drive thru.

Made a mobile order because it’s quicker and I had my daughters asleep in the car. I pulled through the drive through and let them know I placed a mobile order. The lady was rude and told me to just come inside because the food wasn’t done. I asked if I could just go through the drive through and she very aggressively and rudely told me “NO come inside your food is not done”. There was no one In the drive through in front or behind me. I very rarely come to this location since I don’t live in town but on the chance I do once every couple months I always get terrible service and terrible food.

Went and few weeks ago got a French dip they gave me no aju with it, my fries were frozen in the middle and my drink was poured with zero carbonation, called was told i could come back another day and replace my meal, went and few days ago, and this was my experience. The manager told me he’d only replace the sandwich, then a teenage boy rung up my additional meals i got, I got a double beef n Cheddar combo with a large fry and a large drink and a kids meal, instead of ringing it up as a combo he rung up every item individually which made my total almost 8 dollars more expensive. It was over 30 dollars when its usually 22. when he did that with my meals, and I’m not concerned about 8 dollars but if they are doing this to every customer they are making some scummy money, I manage my own reasturaunt in owasso and so I’m not blind to the fact that mistakes happen but after I noticed this in my recipt I waited 8 minutes for the teen at the window to look back out while I needed something while he sat there on his phone, so all my food is going to be cold at this point by the time I get home, I’m halfway home and realize I have none of my drinks. So I turn around go to the speaker there’s a huge line at the window so I ask them to please bring my drinks out the front door as I have two sleeping children and I’m not waiting through this line again all my food especially my fries were freezing cold and I told the lady at the speaker that, and she said please pull around to the window and I explained again i didn’t feel like I should have to wait behind all these cars and the lady at the speaker literally screams at me (JUST PULL AROUND TO THE WINDOW) so I wait behind 4 cars they make me 2 new fries fine but the rest of my food is freezing and I literally got screamed at. I called to get the ladies name that yelled at me and it was sandy, so managers and whomever sees this you may have a talk with her and you may have a talk to the teenage boy who sat on his phone with his airpod in for almost 10 mins while I sat waving at the window trying to get what I needed. Will not be back mistake after mistake every time I come and no apologies, and couldn’t even remake a meal like I said just the sandwich.

Went and got the roast beef and cheddar 2 for 6 deal, I’m not kidding you there was so little beef on the sandwich it was ridiculous and the buns were hard. Fish sandwich was great but again hard bun. I was eating more bread than eating anything else. They used to pile on the beef I guess not anymore.
