Just wanted to say thank you for your awesome service and food! I ordered a Crispy Chicken Sandwich and Curly Fries and both were fresh and delicious. And, the staff was very nice! Will look forward to eating here next time ❤️

Chicken tenders, gross. I think my chicken walked across the Sahara and when it got to Arby’s fell into a bed of silica gel then thrown into the fryer to over cook. By the time I gave up eating my jaw hurt from chewing and I was dehydrated. It’s nice getting fresh cooked food but I think it’s time to call Wendy’s and ask them how they do theirs ♂️.

The food is served hot and with a good flavor. Ther reason for one star is, on numerous occassions I have seen the manager either standing or sitting outside near the north entrance smoking a cigarette either right nest to the door or within 10 feet of the door. The odor of her cigarette is extremely offensive. If she wants to smoke she can go out back so the customers are not subjected to her second ahnd smoke.

got an order from arby’s via doordash a couple days ago. order was short two regular roast beef sandwiches. called arby’s, got a machine, left a message. two days later, called arby’s got a machine, no answer. not acceptable, imho.

Store was a mess, no clean tables to sit at. Got stuck sitting in a tiny booth. Front counter cashier was not so friendly, acted as though we were a burden to take care of. Floors were nasty. If this is the new and improved Arby’s, take it back. Yuck!

Very nice and polite woman helped me at the drive thru. Food was hot and fresh. Cheese was everywhere when I opened my wrapper so that was a slight bummer. Hard to eat that driving down the road.
