My husband wanted the steak bites but he said they were okay but he wouldn’t order them again. We also bought the four roast beef sandwiches for $10! I highly recommend that Deal! It was yummy and very reasonable!

I tried the Classic Chicken Sandwich today with medium drink and fries. And this is what I got!!! I thought for sure they put a small piece from the strips by mistake. I went to the front and asked if that was really the Clasdic Chicken Sandwich and they said yes. I sat down then decided that it was ridiculous to accept that for a $9 meal so I got a refund and the manager said they do not control the size of the chicken.. very sad that Arby’s accept this product for their customers. I will not go back

Waited at the drive-thru but no one responded, even though I could see staff inside. Extremely poor customer service. Would not recommend—best to avoid this place altogether.

Very nice guys working. They were having issues with their system and were still so responsive, respectful, and helpful. Food was delicious, but the customer service was better than anything. Went through drive thru 4/22, 2:40pm. Whoever was working that day deserves a raise because they were the sweetest kids I’ve ever met.
