This is quickly becoming one of our favorite lunch time hang outs. We are always greated by friendly people, food is always good and restaurant and bathrooms are always clean. My only problem is I can’t stop always getting the same thing the Greek Gyro Meal with crinkly fries. Hubby tried the Big Game Burger was good, but little a little more season.

Let me say that Arby’s is one of our preferred stops usually. We were disappointed in the food we received on this visit. The girl at the counter was really sweet and welcoming. The rest of the visit? Eh! We got our food to go so we did not get a chance to have it corrected at the store. The sandwiches were ready and in the bags to go before the girl from counter went back and took stuff from the freezer and dropped it in the deep fryer. It wasn’t really busy and there wasn’t a lot of team work on our order. There was small issues associated with that part of our food. I had two market fresh sandwiches. They were anything but fresh. The bread was almost old. Tough like it was either old or had been sitting out all day after being frozen. Just really not fresh. They had a really good portion of turkey on each one, but centered in the bread so that on the first sandwich it came apart as I tried to eat it. All the meat and stuff in the center, all bread all around, which I did not eat. We have expectations from Arby’s, and this was nowhere close to that. The girl at the register we really sweet and she did a good job. That was the highlight.

I went through the drive through. Just passing through I asked a few question about the area. Staff was super nice and friendly. But the “Philly” they advertise. Jesus. Got back to my room and Just look at this slop. Took two bites and trashed it. Haven’t eaten at Arby’s in 10 years at least. Now I remember why. ♂️

So far, every time I have ordered from this restaurant, my fries have been cold and stale. The Dr. Pepper is flat. If you order through the app, you better hope you don’t need a refund because apparently, if they’re out of an item they’ll happily charge you for said item but make it very difficult to request a refund. Supposedly, they can’t do refunds at the restaurant if you ordered through the app.

My husband brought me and our 4 yr old in to eat dinner. As soon as we walked In, all we heard was the manager Wendy cussing and yelling a employee right on the front counter following her to the fry station. I felt it was very rude and not managerly like. I have a lot of manager experience and I have never been taught that it was ok to do that. Below is our receipt with date and time of incedient.

I had the brisket, that was the worst I have ever eaten. It was like chewing on rubber. Way too much fat. Arby’s just needs to do what they know best, ROAST BEEF and CURRLY FRIES.
