The woman managing this place has no business managing anyone. The young men are working hard and were attentive and she continued to scream and bark orders at them while also speaking in a demeaning tone. She ruined my family’s lunch after a great morning together.

I don’t understand how you can forget to put the food I paid for in the bag. I specifically asked for the sweet sauce for the poppers when you asked what sauce. Literally just said I wanted that one sauce and you gave me the wrong sauce I’m so done with this place. Also forgot my large fry and gave me a medium drink when I paid for a large.

I love arby’s. However today my experience was horrible. Customer service was the worst I’ve ever seen!! Food is always good here, however I was having some issues with the app which slowed my order down slightly. After placing the order and pulling around. A older lady leaned out the window around the person working the window and in a irritated manner told me to pull forward that my order just came through. Her attitude and demenour were uncalled for. This is how a establishment loses customer.

I took my two grown kids last night after watching a Christmas play. It was getting late, and we were the only customers. The cashier was so friendly and helpful. She brought our food to the table. My son commented that the workers acted like they actually enjoyed their job! It was a very pleasant visit. Id highly recommend.

I was waited on by Nida, she yelled back my french fries from the register while I was placing my small order. The fries I received were anything but made fresh, my chicken wrap was good. I was very perturbed eating inside and having to listen to all the loud talk happening behind the counter up front. It was ridiculous of all 3 employees there to be talking so loud when there is any customer inside. This Nida needs to learn some common courtesy and quit yelling what she needs to the back. She could have easily walked back there and told them beings I was the only one she needed to wait on. I have always gotten freshly made crinkle fries that’s why I order them except for tonight!
