We went through the drive through, ordered the two $7 bags and five piece chicken strips. One of the $7 bags was the chicken sandwich, which I ordered plain. When I opened the wrap of the chicken sandwich, it was NOT plain! Had everything on it that I DID NOT ask for. Freaking pathetic! How hard is it to read the customer’s order! NO ONE wants to do their jobs correctly anymore! If you can’t follow simple instructions, maybe fast food isn’t the job for the person making the orders!

Nice fast food spot that serves roast beef, turkey, and other sandwiches. I got a roast beef combo with curly fries during my visit and both were good. I’d give them a 7 out of 10 for both dishes. They have quite a few menu items you wouldn’t find at other fast food locations so it’s unique in that regard. The Arby’s and horsey sauce are good together. Good food, good service, and I’ll go back.

Went here for a shake and told me they couldnt make shakes. I went to the location on parker road and that gentleman hand stirred a shake for me. Wish you guys had the same work ethic

I went to the Arby’s on Johnson Ave about 1:30pm. ONLY CAR THERE. Took them until 2:10pm to get my food to me .the food was all cold.all they offered was to remake it. why would I do that and waste another 40 min on more cold food. Had they been busy i might understand but I was the only car there. We ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches, 1 beef and cheddar and a cheesesteak sandwich.DO NOT RECOMMEND
