The commercials look great. The food you get is horrendous. Unless it were free, and I was starving and had no alternative, the food that is created for you is pitiful and should never be eaten. Obviously, the workers do not care, at all, what product you receive. Also obviously, the management cares the same amount: not at all.

I got reallg bad food last Saturday night. I didn’t check it till I got home. Couldn’t find a way to call customer service number. I tried to order through the app after I left my gym at 9:40 but kept getting a message the order would be for tomorrow if placed it then so I drove through the drive through. I had to pull up and wait on fries but I ordered Swiss dip roast beef sandwich. When I got home the roast beef was a dried up dark color on the edges and the cheese was melted and stuck to the brown paper. It looked like the sandwich was old. I spent $13 for a sandwich, fries and a drink. It was awful.

First and last time the lady at the window was rude the food I got is like hard like a rock whenever I passed I feel like I should try it omg just waste of money and time this place is like trash even trash can is better then employe at drive thru.

I will never attempt to go here again. The intercom is trash and the server sounded like Charlie Brown’s mom. We attempted to communicate a couple of times during which I said, “I’m sorry, I’m not understanding.” Instead of telling me to pull forward (there was no other customer), she had some kind of screaming breakdown. She screamed in an uncontrolled way, at the absolute top of her lungs, several things we couldn’t make out and finally we heard, “WE DON’T HAVE THAT HERE!!!!!!”. My husband said, “nope, now she’s just being rude.” And we left. So not worth the effort especially with all the other food options around the Arby’s.

Kids got Arby’s kids meals certificates from Denham Elementary, but of course the hometown Arby’s doesn’t honor those. First time trying the local Arby’s and definitely the last. Mediocre food for the cost

I don’t know what star rating to give it. I drove from Central to this location because I had craved beef n cheddar all day but couldn’t get to the restaurant any earlier than when I showed up at 8:42pm on a Tuesday. Their posted hours on Google have it open until 11pm. I was so looking forward to the sandwiches, only to be let down by the place being closed.

I can’t even believe the food I just picked up for my family. We had to take pictures of it because it’s so shocking. I spent 55 dollars and let me tell yall. All the fries.. Cold. We got two roast beef sandwiches that were good.. But let me tell yall about the chicken. Chicken cordon Bleu… So old and hard… Had to toss it. Chicken tenders for the meals… So hard I couldn’t even BREAK IT I HALF. It was so shockingly hard I thought it was a joke. I don’t even want to call mad complain because then what? I’ll get more food that’s inedible? So now, after working a hard shift… I’m on my way to chick fil a where I know it will be decent.
