Me and my friend were out shopping and decided to take a break and have dinner at Arby’s next to Walmart in Kearney Nebraska. I had not had a great experience with the other Arby’s at the other end of town but took my chances. Walking in it was so clean. Everyone was working and polite. The employee that was mopping was doing an amazing job. So I told her how clean it looked. She mentioned they were short staffed that night. Only 3 employees has shown up for work. I would have never known. The place looked amazing and the food was great. So glad I didn’t let my experience with the other store in town keep me from going again. I highly recommend this place. Keep up the awesome work you guys.

Along my road trip home I somehow landed at the Arby’s in Kearny, Nebraska. Slight mistake. First of all we were the only ones in the restaurant and had to wait 16:32 for three sandwiches and three fries. I personally indulged in a delicious buffalo chicken sandwich, 9.176/10! I also got a medium curly fry in hope to feel a nostalgic taste from my childhood. I was beyond disappointed, I felt as if I was eating fried dirt. There was no seasoning whatsoever. The only reason I’d come back is to snarf down that buffalo sandwich. Employees were nice and the atmosphere was admirable. 5.745/ 10, possibly recommend?

So many options to choose from. I never know when I’m going to get when I go to Arby’s. Arby’s is more of a special treat than a consistent meal. Any of the sandwiches that have cheese on it are really good. The shoes melts perfectly which engulfs the entire sandwich and can make your fingers and hands quite sticky. To combat this issue one should just eat out of the wrapper. Yet what fun is it to get sticky fingers from the cheese. Next time I go to Arby’s and I get cheese I’m going to ask for double cheese.

Taylor Erickson was super rude to me. Will never recommend eating it at that Arby’s location ever again. Ungrateful service messed up. My order would never recommend going back there again. all she did was just complain about her job as well.

Every so often Arby’s comes out with a banger on the new items. However I still keep coming back for that classic Beef n’ Cheddar.
This location has always done fairly well on customer service, speed, and accuracy of orders.
Never done a dine-in here so I can only speak to the drive thru. But the speed and accuracy combined is great. Usually you only get one or the other. Having both is a bit of a unicorn.

I went through the drive-thru and placed an order for a French Dip and Swiss Combo, which should have been <$10 + tax. But, they don't have potato cakes anymore, so I had to upgrade. And, then I wanted a small shake, but they don't have smalls anymore, so I had to upgrade again. When I got my total, it was <$14, I tried to delete the shake and side, but the person wouldn't answer me. Then I had to wait in line for 10+ minutes to get my food. It's a good thing that I didn't have anywhere to be, because I definitely would have been late.

I was disappointed in our most recent visit. Took my son out of school for a quick birthday lunch, he chose here. The people ahead of us got their food fairly fast, then for some reason we had to wait over 10 mins for our order and ended up having to take it to go because we ran out of time. The drive thru was really long so I assume that took priority over our order?
