Frequent this Arby’s whenever we come to Omaha. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. The lobby has been decorated very nice for the Holidays. At this time, inside dining is not available. Always kept clean and organized.

Everytime we go to this Arbys the people are very nice and polite. I don’t think they’ve ever gotten our orders wrong. My husband really likes the roast beef sandwiches, but my favorites are the French Dip and the Reuben. I LOVE that sandwich and the bread is so soft and flavorful. We recommend this story.

We were served by the February employee of the month Edward N. Very nice person. I appreciated the board behind him giving him recognition for the positive attributes he brings to the team. The lobby was very clean. We went next door to long John silvers. They said they couldn’t service us on their Libby after 8. So, we decided to eat Arby’s instead. They let us eat in their very clean lobby with no problem. The food was great too. It was completed very quickly. Thank you for your professionalism Edward.

How is it that a young lady mikeisha can be better at customer service than most places.
5 stars are not enough to describe her energy,friendliness and positive energy.
She is the epitome of what customer service should be.

I got the 3 for $5(as well as my guy).. I did the jalapeno roast beef slider (was delicious), the curly fry (they were warm), and the chicken ranch wrap (the whole thing was old, the chicken was hard and cold, the cheese didn’t even melt)….I waited at the window for a good bit (no it wasn’t busy) so I thought my food was gonna be fresh but it wasnt!! Very unsatisfied….y’all gotta do better!!!

Today was a busy day! I counted 14 cars ahead of me and it went by quickly! The order taker Bob was so friendly! The gentleman at the window had a smile! The ladies behind the scenes had all the food ready for us! We had a rather large order…only missed one fry but we survived! Kudos to the whole staff.

Arby’s I hope you know the sweet older guy that took our order is the Best!! He has a voice that should be the Voice of Arby’s commentating play by play’s. What a great experience.
He literally made every single customer smile. He mentioned that he won’t be at work on Monday due to hip surgury. I pray for a speedy recovery!! Sad I didn’t catch his name.

Arby’s is definitely a better fast food than some! We used the drive through and the attendant was extremely upbeat and friendly over the mic and when we got to the window. Despite extremely long lines, everything moved all very quickly
