The order was a simple meat box meal deal and a roast beef slider. The only thing that was appropriate temperature was the slider. My fries were cold, the mozzarella sticks were cold, and my chicken sandwich was as well as tough. So the food wasn’t fresh in the meat box. My slider was good though. I’ll avoid this location.

I cannot have regular soda. I asked for Coke Zero. I was handed root beer twice. The person at the DT seemed annoyed. I just can’t have regular soda. I just wanted what I ordered. I’ve had a few other negative encounters at this location and it’s tiresome now.
This is really disappointing. This location is going downhill. Because I’m not coming back to waste my money. I just wanted what I ordered.

They are always friendly when I have to go by there. Plus I really liked the canned goods drive they did. They actually gave away free food to bring in a can. So, not a small gesture. Kudos to the owner of this spot.

My mobile order was made incorrectly, which seems to be a common theme with fast food establishments these days. I had already returned to my work and realize the food was made incorrectly, had to come all the way back up here to have the sandwich we made, which resulted in me being late for work, which would not have happened had my order been made correctly in the first place. Mistakes happen, I understand that. What I don’t accept is the kitchen staff talking about me audibly enough for me to hear in the lobby as they were remaking my order. I was never given a time frame on my sandwich, and was given instant attitude when asked how long it would take for my order to be remade. No longer hungry, I wasted 30 minutes of my lunch time enduring the ineptitude of the Arby’s employees at this location. As a teenager’s dad would say, I’m not mad, I’m just disappointed.

Horrible experience at the Arby’s drive thru. Would not recommend going to this Arby’s. First order was taken wrong. I ordered a french dip meal and he had me down for a ham melt. Probable because he had ear buds in and couldn’t hear my order. Fixed that quick enough, but then waited 13 minutes for my food. I had to wait for him to come back to the window to tell him I never received my coke. He handed me my coke and I checked the bag only to find out I was missing my potato cakes. They came back to tell me I would have to pull around front and it would be another 4 minutes. I told him I would wait in position. By this time we had a long line behind me. Manager, to his credit, told me he would give me something else. I declined and left after getting the phone number for the office.
Long story short, I regret spending my hard earned money at this place. They are indifferent and the service is poor and slow. Go somewhere else. Trust me!

I was soo hungry and was wanting something that I hadn’t had in awhile so I decided on Arby’s. My roast beef meal total came to $12+! They handed me a child sized cup(I guess it’s because I ordered lemonade), and my meal. While pulling off, I reach into the bag to make sure I received everything and it was all cold! Not even luke warm! I go back around, let the guy at the window know that I either wanted my money back or fresh food. He politely informed me that they could make me some fresh food and took my bag back. For 1: I KNOW that they’re not supposed to take food back through the window due to sanitation/infection control
(but I guess that’s a different story) then the guys brings me “fresh food” out that clearly had been taken and warmed up because it definitely was not fresh!!! I was soo disappointed! Especially with the cost of fast food! On a good note. The strawberry lemonade is very good.

(1) It’s Arbys and it’s actually open for dine-in (2022-08 after having tried various Arbys that Google Maps listed as Dine-in that were in fact to-go only)

They did send a coupon for a free sandwich and this one was much better… thank you……………..Ordered a market-fresh sandwich and the bread in half the sandwich was rock hard.. after paying $12 for a meal I don’t expect to throw away half. I hope this is not a normal practice. Maybe paying a little more attention to the food that is being served would help.

Really great place love the curly fries the new rib sandwich is awesome. Jamocha shakes are always great. Best friendly service, order always accurate. Gyros are good for a lighter lunch or dinner. Clean store with clean bathrooms. Stop in for a quick bite.
