Let me just start out saying I LOVE me some Arby’s!! I get the French dip and Swiss everytime no matter what Arby’s I eat at. And whom ever keeps writing back to these reviews must need a swift kick.. got a 2 dollar discount for waiting 20 something mins for them to get the computer started back up meanwhile the elderly lady working in the back picking food up off the floor never changed gloves or washed her hands manager running around with her head cut off and the girl at the front trying to run her fingers through her Madded hair never washed her hands. Hell went to the back grabbed up fries and started putting them in bags no gloves nothing.. I mean idk about anyone else but I sure dont want ppl playing with their hair or picking food off the floor Noone washed hands put gloves on or even change them food was wadded up in a ball my sliders had way to much sauce I mean come on if you dont like your job go home.

SO DISAPPOINTED! Really like Arby’s roast beef sandwiches so thought I would try the new smoke brisket sandwich. Of course the one on the commercial looked wonderful. But what I received was nothing like the two inch thick commercial sandwich. One layer of sliced brisket that was very chewy. You could barely bite through it. Just ridiculous to serve a customer something like this and then Charge $11 dollars for it. My daughter’s ham and cheese was much better and cost half. Won’t be getting the brisket again. Just FYI this Arby’s is located on 150 hwy just west of 291 hwy. Not the first time we have been served disappointing food at this location.
UPDATE: I don’t know why I keep going back, hoping the previous trip was just a fluke. Today (9/15/25) ordered the Large Italian Sub at the drive through. I was the only one in line and as soon as I got to the window it was handed to me, so it was obviously not made fresh. My seasoned fries were 1/2 inch pieces that come at the end of a bag, and the sandwich didn’t look at all like the one in the commercial. Very small sandwich with little on it. A Subway sandwich would have been better and cheaper. See the pictures. I will not be going back to this Arby’s.

Food was great! 100% friendly crew, excellent service!! — Score of 3 is for the greasy floors that “looked” clean, but when your tennis shoes are sliding underneath you, you know that somebody didn’t use clean, hot water to mop. They used grease water. Manager needs to show someone how to mop right, or probably… actually… give the person mopping priority and time to do the job right. Cleanliness is next to Godliness, and this was no church!

Pulled up to LS one on 150 at 515pm on a Thurs. Waited 15 mo. Im drive up w/ 2 cars ahead of me. Was asked to wait to place order. Waited. After 5 more min asked if she was there. She said yes. Tried to order a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Was told they were out of chicken. People in car behind me left. I left. Do better!
UPDATE-Its 1 wk later. Still no Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich option! I was told by the attendant there are quality issues with the Supplier but they are now getting the chicken tomorrow. Sounds odd to me! If there are quality issues, did you change suppliers I hope? Should you put a sign on your driveup menu that your out?!

Every time I go here, they are out of a food item. Be it brisket or mozzarella sticks, it is always something. I was not going to return but I received some coupons in the mail and decided to purchase dinner for my family who was visiting. I took a few coupons with me and asked at the counter if I could use more than one. I was delighted to find out that I could do so. However, it was a comedy of errors.
The CSR could not figure out how to spell my name even after I repeated it three times and spelled it– it is only 4 letters long. On my receipt it said ERSE, nice try but not quite. The CSR attempted to give me an incomplete order– missing two orders of fries and the au jus for the French Dip & Swiss sandwiches. The manager retrieved my fries while the CSR fixed two containers of au jus. I had to ask for Arby sauce because it was not offered. After this fiasco, I made it home only to realize I was not given any marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks. At least I know I can expect some type of failure here on a consistent basis.

Came in for dinner. Got our food fairly quickly, they made the Chicken Cordon Blue Fresh, curly fries were hot and fresh. Overall good experience. Staff was courteous and friendly.

I haven’t ate at this location in over a year based on poor food quality. Today I thought I would give them another shot an ordered the pecan chicken salad wrap. What I received was a large amount of mayo spread over a few chicken pieces. They didn’t put napkins in the bag nor give me a receipt. Please don’t waste your money at this location.
