There was no one in line and when I got to the speaker they told me to wait anyways..? Then when I got to the speaker, I had to wait an additional 10 minutes in front of pay window. I don’t recommend this place. It’s way too slow. BUT if you feel like waiting try the new beef nuggies

Night crew is absolutely horrible as it seems there is no real manager in sight. It’s all kids. Yelling 6-7 and goofing around while customers are waiting for their food. Entire place can hear all of this high school drama and to completely blunt is extremely unprofessional and dissatisfying when I worked a 12 hour day and all I want is a quick simple meal before I head back home. Won’t be coming back anytime soon for dinner after this experience. Fries were old, cold, and mushy. Roast beef would be nice to have melted cheese on it. Just pathetic overall. Soda was the only thing they got right and that’s because I was in charge of filling my own cup thank goodness as I’m sure none of them were capable of caring about anything other than silly stories about nonsense. You’re at work and on the clock. So WORK

Horrible place this is the worst one of all the Arby’s I ever have eaten at. Twice I’ve gone through the drive thru at this location. 20-minute waits, and this is how your food comes out. DISGUSTING. RETRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES OR CLOSE THE STORE.

I understand if one thing goes wrong, but back to back identical experiences are ridiculous. For explanation purposes that’s supposed to be a double beef n cheddar that is covered in sauce and maybe half a classic serving of beef. The other photo is the loaded chicken bacon fries, a half-inch thick dump of ranch on top. I’d ask for my money back, but a wait time for the $12 wasn’t worth it, we just won’t be back.

I normally have a great experience but the drive thru line took over 15 mins, they gave me the wrong sauce, the only thing I ordered Potato cakes was cold. I went inside to get my money back and received an attitude along with more waiting time making me more late to my appointment.

We have NO MEATS!
Went through the drive through here and after waiting at the window for 10mins they then told me they were out of beef and could not make my food. The worker said it “happens more than it should.” After asking it they could make another non-beef item they charged full price and then proceeded to take another 15mins to make food for 2 people. 25mins and still got luke warm food. Avoiding this location in the future.

I’m currently at the restaurant. They are not open. I watched more than a dozen cars attempt to go through the drive through without being acknowledged, including me.

When I drove around to the drive-thru window, I tried to flag the employees down and at first, I was waved off- when I didn’t leave, they came to the window, they told me they were not working until more staff arrived. I said, can you even get a drink, they said no.

Then I asked for the number for the area manager or franchise owner, then they were willing to get me what I need and told me they would be open in two minutes.

I left, but that doesn’t seem like a good way to do business and if I owned this Arby’s, I’d want to know.
