I went through the drive-thru (not take out), and the woman who took my order was very welcoming. It was very good for the price, as it was about $25 for two. Overall, my culinary experience at Arby’s was above satisfactory, but it came with a few slight flaws. I got the Greek gyro, and the bread, mayo, gyro sauce, and lettuce were all good; however, the meat was a little over seasoned and threw me off a bit. The curly fries were what you would expect, but they were warm and crunchy which was perfect, but the Arby’s sauce definitely made them taste worse, so I recommend getting a different sauce instead. The mozzarella sticks were good and had a stringy cheese which is SO pleasurable and the crunch was amazing! The strawberry lemonade was AMAZING, and the second best I’ve ever had next to Hardee’s. The root beer was just like anything you could get from a can, but it was still good. The burger; however has a lot of room for improvement. It was wet, unseasoned, drippy, and just a mess for anybody who is trying not to be dirty. Would I recommend this place to friends and family? Sure.

The food is always amazing, but make sure you plan accordingly because if you take the drive-thru you will be sitting there for 20 minutes plus regardless if it’s just you or if there’s five other people in line.

Geographically trapped in line. Apparently they decided to stop working the drive through because they are short staffed. So I was stuck in line (hadn’t ordered) and could not leave because you are trapped by the boulders/trees/hills. Line of cars in front and behind me. After 20 min I called the store and told them to either move the line or move cars so I could leave the line. They told me they quit working the drive through because they’re too busy. Seriously If you’re too busy put up a cone and close the drive through. Don’t leave people trapped.

Ordered through DoorDash a handful of times and EVERY time there has been something missing from the bag. Au jus, mozzarella sticks, etc. so order with caution. I got a refund through DoorDash for the missing items, but called to talk to the “manager” just to let them know what was going on. He just said, “Ok, we will work on it” like I was the most annoying person in the world. I rarely leave reviews but this place is terrible.

Just puked my $23.47 food up in the trashcan due to a long black hair in my roast beef sandwich and fries. Talked to the manager and the little professional hung up on me. I’m dating this on August 8, 2025. Tried calling back over and over and the little professional hangs up. My recommendation is to go somewhere else. The $8 sandwich I ordered was dry, little, barely any extras I paid for BUT got a freebie on a long black hair.
