My daughter and I swung by one day and got dinner. We were in a hurry and went through the drive through. We began eating and the food was cold. I called up to let the employees know and they offered to replace it. I go up today and the drive thru lady was so sweet and we got our food. Everything seemed great and I was so excited to eat my Classic Roast Beef Sandwich, as was my daughter. We opened our sandwiches and they were overdone and on the wrong buns, buns we do not like. Unfortunately they went straight into the trash. Everytime I’ve called, I’ve gotten a busy tone. It’s very frustrating. Friendly service, but my replacement mess up order was still messed up.

The only place open after midnight so my bf drove all the way after work and was told they were closing the kitchen down 20 minutes before they close. So. Fire your teenagers or something bc I wanted a dang chicken salad and im sure there are more people that want hot food and get off work after midnight.

This was hands down the worst fast food we have encountered. Husband went through the drive thru, got home and both orders were disgusting. The burger burned on the outside, dried out, yet red on the inside. Two thin slivers of red onion. The fries so dry you couldn’t swallow them even dipped in ketchup. No we did not waste the time driving back. We just won’t ever go back..

They need new mgt and workers! The food is so nasty!! Everytime we go we get old dried out meat, with spots on it!! The last ham sandwich i had was terrible!! The girl doused it with mayonnaise. The employees are rude, all they do is play loud music and sit back their on their phones and sing.

Wouldn’t answer the phone even though I called 14 times, so I go up there to the drive thru and the woman just stares at me for a solid minute then turned around and went back in. I knocked on the window and she comes out and says sorry we’re closed. They close at 12am. This was at 1130. Server had a very snotty attitude. I will not be back.

My husband drove from west frankfort to benton to get Arby’s and we are extremely unsatisfied with the service. He ordered a big beef and cheddar with extra sauce and gets all the way home to find that it was just the buns and roast beef no cheddar sauce no red ranch sauce . When you pay $32 for sandwiches you would think they could at least get the order right! We will never get food from here again !

Food is good and most of the workers are as well. However the last few times we have been here, the music was very loud and either inappropriate blues or heavy metal. It’s definitely not a comfortable di ing experience.

The food was super fresh and this order was drive-thru I might add! Requested an extra thick choc shake (most places never do it right) and they nailed it. Like I said the order was picked up thru the drive-thru and made it safely and deliciously wonderful!
