This was hands down the worst fast food we have encountered. Husband went through the drive thru, got home and both orders were disgusting. The burger burned on the outside, dried out, yet red on the inside. Two thin slivers of red onion. The fries so dry you couldn’t swallow them even dipped in ketchup. No we did not waste the time driving back. We just won’t ever go back..

We were there at an odd time, so it wasn’t very busy. The restaurant was very clean and the employees very friendly and took the order right away. And the food was brought to our table and everything was fresh and hot. Very good experience

Went into restaurant about 9pm, lady says “Lobby is closed”….well ok, “we just want it to go”. Lady replies ” you will have to use the drive through”. Huh?? Whatever- sat in line over 10 minutes for our food.

I wouldn’t even give this dump 1 star but it’s the only way to leave a comment. I will never step foot on the property and would highly recommend not going there . Food is bad and the staff are the shining example of how rude and disrespectful our current youth has become , specifically Madison. I may never eat at Arby’s anywhere ever again.

The worst experience I have had in a long time. We sat at the order screen for 5 minutes before they took our order. When I drove to the window to pay they told us to drive up so we don’t block the window, and they will bring our order when it’s done. We waited for 10 more minutes. They had no other customers during this time. No drive up, no lobby. This place needs management.

I’ve been sitting in the drive thru fir almost 10 minutes. Took forever taking my order with only one car in front of me at the window. I used to be a gm fir arbys abd it’s not like you have to cook anything. 2 drinks is all I needed. If I wasny ocjed in I would leave. This is ridiculous

Arbys in Benton Illinois about noon on August 6th 2023. So i went there today after work per my wifes request and was highly disappointed. They were out of alot of stuff that i wanted but i sucked it up and ordered other things. I ordered 2 number one meals, both with sweet tea because they were out of lemonade. Also 2 buffalo chicken sliders. Well when i got to the window the lady didnt even really acknowledge that i was there. Just told me price and handed me food and drink. Didnt look at me, didnt say ty.. Nothing. Well the cups they gave me had the frosty lids on them which means the top was wide open and i still had to drive home. When i went to drink some tea it was flavorless. Nasty. I tossed it out. The sliders were put together with zero effort. Just a piece of chicken with sauce thrown on it. I got home and dug into the curly fries and they were ice cold and tasted very very old. The beef and cheddar sandwich wasnt any better. The cheese sauce tasted outdated. It was not put on an onion bun. Also the meat tasted frozen. Needless to say we will never return to this Arbys. The bad part we are huge fans of Arbys, but this experience has told us to go other places. Thank you for your time. Hope you care more then they did.
