It was a little after 8 the lights were off on the big Arby’s sign and the menu board lights were off. I thought they were closed at first but pulled up and they answered on the box. I had to ask them to turn the light on the menu board to see. The kid who took my order was nice and polite.. But it took at least 10 minutes to get our food. We only had two sandwiches and two fries. Fries were good and fresh. The Ruben was pathetic. There was barely any meat on it and it wasn’t on marbled rye bread and wasn’t toasted.

I placed an order for the ham and Swiss melt combo meal. This was my first time trying that and it was quite delicious. I got it large size. The employee was very polite and smiled the whole time. I appreciate her positive attitude. This restaurant is clean inside and around outside of property too.

I came through the drive through about 7:50 pm on 10/22/25 I was the only person there. It took them 10 minutes to send out a large chocolate shake a Dr pepper and a burger, a Wednesday evening with no customers. That’s pathetic. The burger was under cooked. I’m glad I won’t be in this area much.

Ordered the new steak nuggets.Not too bad of a wait but once I got them, they were burnt. I couldn’t eat them because they tasted like burnt meat.No taste and dry.

Stopped here on our way back to Chicago. Restaurant was clean, service was great and food was delicious. Had a double beef and a double beef with cheese.

My niece and I went to the Collinsville Arby’s and were pleasantly surprised with the ladies and gentlemen working. We were greeted with smiles, helped quickly and even served at our table. It was nice! Went to leave and everyone told us to have a nice evening. Kindness definitely has an impact! Thank you.

Replacing an item you forget to give the customer is not fair. We spent money on gas getting there, time out our day to go to you. Now since our food wasn’t given to us we must now drive all the way back to the store to get what you forgot to give us. How fair is this? You need to makeup for lost time and money spent to even get to your store. Why not send a delivery person to us. Why must we pay more for your mistake. Oh just come back tomorrow. I don’t want your food tomorrow. We wanted it today. After soccer practice. Get the kid home and fed. Take baths, do homework. I don’t have time to go back to your store. Why would we eat Arby’s two days in a row. When you make a mistake you own up to it and go above and beyond to make it right. Not just give me your name and you can get it some other time. No. Give me my money back if I have to come back another day. I don’t want you on another day.
This has me so upset I didn’t even my own meal. Money wasted. As expensive as you guys are these days. The meal missing and my meal was near 40 bucks alone. I guess we have some expensive drinks without alcohol. We rarely go to Arby’s anyway. I won’t miss it. But I do want my money back. You have my name written down. Just put the cash in the book to so when I have time to swing by I’ll get my money back
