Had a fantastic experience at 1195 Gastropub in Marysville. I stopped in on a quieter evening while meeting with a friend from the Blue Water Area Chamber, and it was the perfect setting—warm, relaxed, and beautifully decorated for the holiday season.
We took advantage of happy hour and started with appetizers, including the pub bites, meatballs, and spinach dip. A small mix-up turned into the best kind of surprise when the chicken was swapped for beef—an absolute win. Everything was plated beautifully and came out fast, hot, and full of flavor. The presentation alone shows how much care goes into each dish.
For my meal, I ordered the truffle fries and the chicken Caesar wrap, and both were outstanding. Crispy fries with great seasoning, and the wrap was hearty, fresh, and perfectly balanced.
Huge shout-out to Rikki, who was phenomenal. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely helpful with recommendations. She checked in at just the right moments and had quick answers to every question while we browsed the menu.
Great food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend and I’ll absolutely be back.

I have been to the 1195 gastropub to give the restaurant a try. I went there with two others as the first customers. I enjoyed the food. It was a great place to enjoy a candied bacon smash burger. The problem was, the food took longer for our wait. The other concern was that not many people around, and the only atmosphere was music and that’s it. An alright restaurant in Marysville. I might try again sometime soon!

First time coming here. Food is really good, you get what you pay for. Even the chef came out to greet everyone and ask how everything was. The flower on the burger is edible. Would recommend coming here.

Drinks and food were both delicious! Had the Cosmic martini and the salmon w/dill sauce. Seated at a high top table for 2 which would have been ok for just drinks but was a little bit cramped for full dining. Friendly and accommodating staff.

This restaurant is one of the best in the county. Amazing dishes that are obviously thought out and crafted with care. When a chef takes the time to think about and perfect their menu it show. This is one of thoes places that makes all the others pale in comparison. If you want cheap, fried food go to the Field House but if you are looking for high quality, high class tasting meals come to the gastropub. Oh and the drinks are just as delicious. I feel luxurious when i eat here and it doesn’t break the bank. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

The food was amazing and reasonably priced. We ordered ribs and they were great. The live music was excellent, atmosphere, service….everything on point. The manager even put the NFL game on the big tv when I asked him too. My only suggestion would be to stay open a litte later than 9 on a Saturday night but otherwise a fantastic experience and I’ll be back soon.

I really wanted to love this place because the photos online looked absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, our experience did not match what was advertised. It took about an hour to receive our food, even though there was only one other couple in the restaurant besides me and my 4-year-old son. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and not nearly as appealing as it looked in the pictures.
I was also disappointed that there were no kid-friendly menu options available, which made it difficult ordering for a young child. The service throughout our visit was very slow, and we felt overlooked despite the restaurant not being busy.
I truly wanted to support and enjoy this restaurant based on its presentation, but the overall experience did not live up to expectations.

Had the best time tonight listening to live music. Aka Jeff Land. Best service in the area. Rene was our server and food came out hot. I loved how the chef came out and was personal with guests. Will definately vome back!!!

Heard from a coworker there was a Gastropub in Marysville so I had to look into it, especially since I heard that beef wellington was on the menu. Started with the pizza croquettes which were delicious and felt like the perfect bar food. Had the beef wellington with truffle fries, which was good but small. Think about the size of a hockey puck. The size of the pub is on the small side but they make it work, I’ll be interested to go back and try some more of their creations.
