Absolutely horrible. Order cornded beef sandwich, waited 20mins for dine in. The sandwich was cold. Sent back for replacement, waited another 15mins, and sandwich still cold meat, kraft, bread. Will never return to this location. Was more worried about the drive through than actual people in store. Zero stars

I saw the commercial today about the Steak and decided to stop and try! This is terrible. 7 pieces which was supposed to be 9. I didn’t count the tiny piece. And 4 pieces were BURNT! . I’m soooooo disappointed especially since I’m visiting.

I usually try to avoid fast food and fast food in Belleville area especially. But decided to swing by and make an order at this location. Well that was a big mistake.
Specifically asked the girl in drive through to drop the fish, chicken and mozzarella sticks in the fryer so we could have them nice and crisp. But all the workers at that location hate their job so much that they couldn’t even execute a task so simple. And they want $15 an hour lol, a toddler could do what they do better.
Burnt the living hell out of the buns and everything was soggy and cold. Mozzarella sticks felt like clay.
I don’t quite understand how people still eat at places like this.

Can’t really give a thorough rating/review because I only ordered 1 thing offf the menu and didn’t rant get the chance to eat it. That was my 1st time visiting I will try it again in the future.

I got a Beef and Ceddar double meal with a Cola and hash browns. The food was hot and fresh. The sandwich was a bit messy but at least there was plenty of cheddar. The hash browns were cooked perfect and the soda was not flat! Plenty of ice but not to much. Keep up the good work!

The food was hot and fresh. I didn’t have to wait long at all to get my order after I placed it.
It seemed like the crew is still in drive thru only mode as the dining room could have received a little attention with dirty tables and stuff on the floor. Also the drink station could have used a wipe down and there were very few lids.
The new burger was good but it was very well done instead of the medium that the menu board made a point of mentioning.

I haven’t had Arby’s in over a year. My wife and I wanted something different so we visited the Arby’s in Belleville Illinois. I went in. I was the “only” customer. The cashier ( who I believe was in training) the short Afro American male ) who I believe was the team supervisor were on their phones. The drive thru person and cook were looking at me. I made it known I was there. I’m that guy that said: ” We are all brothers and sisters and I can’t get a hello or welcome to Arby’s?” Still No One acknowledged me! Finally the girl at the register took my order after she finished her cell phone duties. I placed two orders and asked for no sauce on any of the sandwiches. I got home and there was sauce on the sandwiches.
I wasn’t making another trip there.
Workers: I worked at KFC on West Main from 1994 to 2014. You gotta give that customer service! You wouldn’t have that cell phone if it wasn’t for CUSTOMERS!!!!

They totally ignore you when you go inside to order. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes I saw 5 people working and no one bother to wait on me. The employees definitely need better training they didn’t even know what on sale the last time I went thru the drive thru. I wanted the large size fish meal deal that’s on tv, they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about.
