Long line of cars in the drive thru and no customers inside, so I go inside to order, cashier takes my order asks for dine in or carry out, I say carry out, I was given it as dine in, not a huge deal so she bags it up and I leave,my order was a number 2 add cheese, I get home and the sandwich I received was not even close to what I ordered and cheese wasn’t even added to it, I’ve gone to this Arby’s a couple times over the pasted 2 weeks and my order has been slightly wrong every time but this one takes the cake so I thought I’d finally leave a review

I rarely leave reviews, but this Arby’s deserves it. The entire dining area felt grimy and outdated—tables were sticky even after a “cleaning,” and the floor had that greasy, never-been-mopped vibe. The bathroom was worse: dirty, poorly lit, and honestly kind of gross.
To top it off, three regular combo meals somehow rang up to nearly $40. For that price, you’d expect at least a clean table and a restroom you don’t have to brace yourself to enter.
Until they give this location a serious deep clean and some attention, I’ll be driving right past the next time I’m craving curly fries.

I ordered a steak nuggets sandwich, side mac n cheese, and an 8 piece jalapeno popper via mobile order. When I picked up my order, I was given the steak nuggets Mac n cheese bowl instead of the sandwich. I went inside to correct it and the staff were incredibly rude. One staff member trashed the entire bag even though everything else was correct….seems wasteful to me. I understand it’s busy and mistakes happen. I’m meeting you with kindness and respect, so why the nasty attitude? I honestly don’t even know why I bother continue wasting my time with this location.
I ordered an 8 piece jalapeno popper, but only received 5. The service was far from friendly and it wasn’t even that busy. I seem to always have issues at this establishment and at this point, it just feels like a waste of money.

I was glad to see some deals. Passing through the area for work, I know the chain. I tried the new white cheddar Mac and cheese and my old reliable beef and cheddar. I had a leak in my cup, instead of replacing my cup, I actually got an upgraded cup. The food was good, the Mac was really good. Great visit. And yes, I rang the bell.

We went during happy hour. Lately the amount of meat on the sliders has been pretty skimpy. Yesterday it was back to what we expect and was perfect! The onion rings can’t be beat. It would be 5 stars but I had to clean the table and that’s not unusual.
