Order a double beef n cheddar and 2,8 piece jalapeño bites. Was told they had no cheddar, said i still wanted the sandwich. If there’s no cheddar it should have been charged as a double roast beef not a double beef n cheddar with not cheddar. So I was charged an extra 0.70 because of this. Also I believe 2, 8 piece jalapeño bites adds up to 16, not 14 like I received. So I’m paying for something I didn’t receive. To top it off I watched one of the workers pick up a pair of tongs from the floor and put back on the counter. Hopefully they didn’t get used on somebodies food. Pretty disappointing

Crispy chicken and mozzarella sticks were cold. Obviously not fesh as fast as I got them. Hallie my cashier… was very friendly and had a smile on her face. She deserves a raise!

Ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches and my more expensive one came as a disgustingly put together beef and cheddar that was super soggy and dripping. It was also just a giant mess. I tried it and it was disgusting and slightly sour – almost like pickles. Funny enough this was my second chance for eating hear in over a year as the food was terrible and old tasting.

Just brought home food from Arby’s and we don’t live that far
Got it home I think they gave us meals from the lunch service even though it’s dinner time now. Everything was cold the lettuce look like it was there for hours the cheese look like someone got it out of the garbage it was crispy I will never darken their door again what a horrible meal

We ordered two beef and cheddar. Curly fries and a dr pepper. The cruelly fries were cold and the sandwiches had no cheese and I got charged for cheese for the sandwiches even tho the recipe said beef and cheddar. Never again will I get from this store

Typical Arby’s at a truckstop. Was a little busy at the tail end of the supper rush around 6:30 pm.
Fairly quick service, only hiccup was they forgot to give me a cup for the drink. I ordered the bacon’n brisket Beef ‘n cheddar combo.
Booth was a bit uncomfortable as I had to squeeze into it. LOL!
