If you order in the drive lane they make you pull forward even if no one is behind you. This causes your food to be brought out last if they do get someone. And then they have to bring it into the cold and walk it to my car. Why can’t you accept the fact that you’ll have a wait time and let people stay at the window? I’m watching someone who came way after me order and get their food before I do. All because they want better wait times on paper. Very frustrating

The new cheese steak comes with close to no meat…. I love Arby’s but today was a disappointment….also I hear staff swearing while getting orders from drive thru, I know we’re the only 2 people inside but that’s so unprofessional!
