I had the most wonderful experience! Devon was running the drive-through and was an absolute pleasure. He was happy to be there, happy to help, and the food was incredible. I don’t know which was better the food or the service but both left me wanting to come back for more. Great job to the team at Arby’s!

Stop in for dinner each time I’m in town. Usually go around 1830-1900 hours. I’ve ordered the french dip, beef and cheddar, and last week did the brisket sandwich. It was good, but appeared to have sat under a lamp for quite some time.
The staff is always great and friendly and have mentioned it to the manager on shift. The good is hot, including the fries.

Such a wonderful dining experience here today. I placed my order via the app, and when I arrived my food was ready. It was delicious and fresh, and the price was reasonable. The staff were helpful and courteous. The dining area was tidy and clean.

Such a positive experience! I ordered online for pickup. The employees were so kind and pleasant! As I was standing there waiting for my order I heard the one young man tell his co-workers how great they were doing. Compliments and encouragement was exchanged…
It was quite refreshing to see a staff that worked so well together and not appear to loathe their jobs! I left with a smile on my face for sure. If I wasn’t from out of town, I would absolutely visit often.

I got the bbq brisket and it was great. My wife for the beef and Chesser and it was so so. The lady that served us was really friendly however and the store was clean.

fries were hot & there was more than 1 full curly fry. woohoo!! more than that, it was evident the employees enjoyed each other & being there.
my kids & i made a quick pitstop from washington to north dakota. it was a joy to hear them sweetly tease each other, encourage each other, laugh, & 1 even brought in a bday gift for another employee. it’s really great to hear & see that genuine friendliness with their coworkers as well as the customers. we left with smiles. thanks : )

Just did drive through. Tried the new Angus cheese steak. $13, so about $2-3 more than other stuff. It looked like someone vomited in the wrapper. The fries were cold and unsalted.
My wife’s gyro and mozzarella sticks were fine.
Wendy’s a block away…. At least it’s reliable.

The auto generated apology has a link to a buggy, long form where you can’t even explain the problem without giving them your life details. You don’t need anything more than my email.
They don’t want to fix the problem. They just want your personal info for marketing.
