Arbys for me and the family is a hit or miss. The other day we drove through the drive through. As we pulled in front of the menu I knew exactly what I wanted. The challenge Diablo roast beef dare sandwich with the loaded Diablo fries. They unfortunately didn’t have beef…..what kind of Arbys runs out of the main ingredient for most of their sandwiches which is ridiculous. Then after switching to the chicken Diablo sandwich they asked, “are you sure you want to order that, cause it’s spicy?” My response is, “are you sure you want my money?” First no beef then question what my order is?!! I’ve come here two other times to find out they closed early because of lack of staff. I’m starting to see a pattern here. I used to like coming to Arbys but the lobby isn’t even open and you can’t tell me, “it’s because of COVID.” Bull! I can honestly say the “Diablo Dare” was ok. The sauce wasn’t as spicy as I thought it was going to be, but it surely over powers everything else on the sandwich which made it the biggest disappointment. The one thing I can say that I had at this fast food chain is good customer service. Even though they were out of beef, they were handling it very professionally. Second time today I got a raw Wague burger but today was told that they come medium rare. Mine was raw twice and if that’s true I wish they would advertise that fact because I’m not eating a raw burger no matter how fancy the meat is supposed to be!

Lobby was closed at 2:30 pm due to low staffing from some kind of walkout? I don’t know whose problem that is and I hope each individual is ok but I think a business should be open as advertised. I’ve never seen that happen before.

I mainly go through the drive thru so there isn’t much contact with others. Though the service is on the slow side but it’s not as bad as some drive-thru are. Bright side, you are greeted with a friendly face when you pull up to the pay window.comr to think of it, I have never gotten a rude or surly employee at the pay window. That’s a major plus in my book.

If giving -5 stars was an option that would be my option. Terrible customer service. Tables are always dirty. They are always out of everything. We stood at the tile for 5 minutes. Was never said “we will be with you in a minute” or acknowledge us. Test was her name and she came to the til typed on the computer for three mins. Didn’t say a “hi” “I’ll be right with you” or a “I’ll get someone to help you”. All while the workers in the back talked and looked at us. Then Test left. No eye contact. Didn’t take our order. Very poor excuse for customer service. Wouldn’t recommend wasting your time or money here at Virginia MN.

We only go here a couple times a year but it’s really not bad. Today I got a text for a free small fry and small drink with the purchase of a gyro so I tried the roast beef version. It was pretty good! I don’t really like curly fries as much as regular, but these were really curly and soft. Employees were friendly and my to-go order was up fast!
