One star. I ordered a fry, a 6 piece wing, and a 4 piece mozzarella stick. I received a small fry, 4 wings, 3 small crumbs of breading, and the marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks I paid for but did not get. What happened? There used to be such great service here but tonight was awful. Not going back.

No food was consumed before taking this photo. Ordered the classic beef and cheddar, a small curly fry and a cup of cheese.The cheesecake was Basically EMPTY !!! And the small curly fry had about 10 French fries in there.Ridiculous ridiculous this place sucks Do not eat there.They will rob you blind!!! I want to leave feedback on the website provided on the receipt. And there’s no way to do that on the website.

When I was ordering I asked for the steak nuggets and they said they discontinued it which is not true I looked online and checked ! they probably said that because they had just opened the restaurant, then I asked for another meal and the lady that was helping me with my order gave me a dirty look.

This location is in a gas station just before the vacation section of Door County begins. It is the only reasonably-priced place to get a decent meal in a place that has great natural beauty but is increasingly run like a tourist trap. The locals have done a good job of keeping national establishments out, feigning like it is about maintaining “local character”, when it really is all about reducing competition so they are free to continue price gouging visitors. I always support this Arby’s when I am in town, because the food is good, the service is prompt, and the people that work here deserve to make a living, too.

I was utterly disappointed with the burger I ordered. The beef patty was so dry that I felt like I was chewing on a piece of leather. It was so unappetizing that I couldn’t even swallow it, and I was worried that I might actually break a tooth. I had no choice but to throw it away. Overall, it was a truly terrible dining experience.

We went there yesterday and we were disappointed our curly fries were cold and not good. Then on way back to green Bay lil man wanted tenders from there. We mentioned about our curly fries and a worker Dustin came out as we waited and was awesome. Talked to us gave us re order of the fries and chocolate shake. Thank you Dustin.. means a lot and shows how much your customers mean to you.

What a Strange situation. I ordered drive thru, sat told me to pull ahead, waited 20 plus minutes for my food watched vehicles behind me leave still waiting then one of the vehicles that got the food behind me came back as I was sitting in line and told me “I think we got your order, which was a larger order because it was my whole family. Then we proceeded to go inside and explain it to the people working there he opened up the crumpled bags and says oh yeah. That was your order sorry. Not even offering to make new food, give me a coupon or anything. So I took my food from the counter with some of the fries gone and cold as heck and left. Keep up the good work. Shoot I would have been fine if he would have offered to remake I would have probably turned it down, but at least offer a free drink or small fry or something for inconvenience.

Stood at counter while Manager, Brianna, talked to two other people. She ignored us. We asked if we should go through the drive through? The nice young man from the drive through finally walked over and took our order for 3 shakes to go. He started making them and then got back to drive through orders. The manager continued talking with the two other people. Finally Brianna asked the young man if he still needed the shakes, to which he stated yes. She put them in the glasses, lidded them, put the whipped cream on, no chocolate sauce. She continued talking to the two people the whole time. She then set them on the counter. Didn’t say a thing to us, didn’t give us straws, or a receipt. Not even a thank you. She then kept talking to the two people. We took the shakes and left. She shouldn’t be a manager as she didn’t appear to be a team player and certainly has NO customer service skills! The young man working the drive through should be the manager!
