Placed an online order and arrived within 8 min my order was still being finished. But once I got it everything was cold except the beef and cheddar that I waa waiting for but was poorly done. The fries were only half filled and also cold. Very disappointing for the cost of the food.

This was uncalled for I went to the drive through and this lady taking the orders was on her phone the whole time plus no employee “NOT ONE” employee is ever specific on drink sizes of the strawberry lemonade if there are different sizes the employees need to ask what size also employees need to put less ice in the drink all of this was uncalled for and very poor service everytime employees need to be very specific on drink sizes because people think the drinks in this case for example the strawberry lemonade only comes in one size also the person who orders drinks like the strawberry lemonade should be able to get at least one free refill of that drink “HORRIBLE STAFF AND SERVICE” all of this was very “UNCALLED FOR” and the “WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN”

We ordered ahead on the app, everything was ready when we arrived. The app needs a third option, right now you can only select pickup or delivery. I prefer to dine in but you can only get the deals if you order through the app.

We stopped in at 11:30 on a Wednesday, the team who was working there was SO friendly and did their jobs well. They explained the charity donation well, thanked us for our time and donation, and the gentleman who brought food to our carry was very sweet to our dog. Thanks all!

Stopped in around 7 p.m. on a weekday. I waited at the front counter for about five minutes and never saw an employee. I heard people talking in the back-of-house, and I called out a couple times, but never got service, so I left.

I stopped by today to get lunch at the drive-thru which was incredibly slow. Had to wait 5 to 10 minutes at the drive-thru speaker until I could place my order. And when I did I guess they didn’t even hear me because my order was all kinds of wrong. I got crinkle fries when I clearly said curly fries. My large drinks are medium drinks. My double beef and cheddar is a single beef and cheddar. And to top it all off, they were too slow for me to stick around and even care to find out what went wrong.
