The employees were nice and the lobby was clean. We ordered a variety of things and our order was right!
The food was a big disappointment. I did try the steak nugget bowl. It was good but cold. We ordered curly fries. They were cold, tasted burnt and all we got were the tiny hard pieces. We ordered strawberry lemonade. It was basically strawberry water. We ordered milkshakes. They were thin and didnt really have any flavor. My friend ordered a roast beef. It was cold.
I don’t expect a whole lot from fast food but food should at least be warm. I didnt enjoy the food so I wont be back.

Christina made my food and served me with the best attitude I’ve seen in fast food in a LONG time! I have never experienced someone so welcoming. definitely will be coming back at least once a week!

It’s only been maybe a week when arby’s came out with their turkey, and they’re out already. Really sucks. We only have so many days off and I don’t have time to go when i’m working to fast food places.

We were there around 8 PM on Tuesday night. I ordered the smokehouse brisket as I normally do and my husband a turkey club and curly fries. There were just broken short pieces of fries and not a curl to be seen. Even worse, there was seriously about an ounce of brisket and the top bun had about 1/3 missing, like someone took a knife and cut it off. I showed the shift manager that told me they are portioned at 3.5 oz. NO WAY that was 3.5 ounces. I decided $8+ was a bit steep so she gave me my money back. My only regret was that i didn’t take a picture.

I ended up not taking my food. The kid at the window was sneezing all over everything and pulling out his wedgie from his back side. If that wasn’t bad enough he put his unloved fingers in my fries.

Every time we get food from here, it’s awful, but today topped it. We didn’t get everything we ordered, the shake was warm and soupy, the fries were cold and tasted like they were made hours beforehand. This happens everything. My suggestion is to hire people that know what they’re doing. It’s been both drive thru and dine in.

On Saturday 12/28 1 pm we went inside to dine in. 1 table was eating. Rest of tables were empty. No cars in drive thru. At the counter we waited for 7 minutes with not 1 of three cared to take our order or come to the counter. There is a small partition between work area, they knew we were there as the guy came around the partition & said we would have to wait. So 12 minutes at the counter with no order taker, we left. That’s why this place is empty & Across the street is busy. No more for me. Been going to Arby’s since 1968. Don’t need an attitude. During the week, generally friendly at this location

My chicken was cold upon receiving my sandwiches. This is the second time this has happened. I really don’t mind the wait for the chicken to cook or heat up or microwave or whatever you need to do to make it edible. I won’t be coming back for awhile

We stopped and got a few greek gyros from the drive-thru today around noon. The older man and younger man working the drive-thru were so nice & courteous! The gyros were AWESOME, too!

Ive gotten food from the restaurant before and it was good, never had any complaints. Today I got it door dashed . The food seemed a little old but still seemed alright. Hours later I got sick. Terrible stomach cramps, chills, nausea. Just disappointed and not happy with the food I got.
