Walk in and the cook lady was attending to two kids that looked like they came from school. Didn’t say a word to me. Proceeds to talk to the children and I get nothing. No hello, no we’ll be right with you.. proceeds to cook the kids food and looks like she gave it to them for free. So thinking family. Not one word came out of this lady the entire time we were there. I was inside for over 15 minutes waiting for a roast beef classic and a fry. No one was inside the store besides me and the children. She gave me the wrong food. She gave me a roast beef with cheddar. This lady was so unprofessional and I think a little racist to be completely honest. The other two ladies were very nice. The cook lady today…. Not so much.

Great flavor nice fast service. I’ll definitely be returning. Edit. Food was fine but I didn’t think I had to ask for sauce. You would think after ordering food they would ask if you wanted sauce. So I’ll make a note to myself to specifically ask for it on my next visit. The food was still good but it definitely would’ve been much better with Horsey sauce.

Tonight’s food inedible. Beef was Old,stiff and cold. Buns burnt and hard like a rock. Window attendant very pleasant, but did forget horsey sauce. Truly no exaggeration 13 bucks into the trash can. The potato cakes were cooked in old , almost rancid frying oil. Even if he remembered the sauce, would not have mattered

The food, service, and atmosphere at this Arby’s is real. We all love to eat here, even if you reviewed a one star, don’t lie. The food is outstanding. The service is ALWAYS great; any few times I had semi-“unqualified” service in all my 25 years living around the block here, that employee was gone by my next visit. The atmosphere is in my opinion above par than other Arby’s locations simply for the fact of its location, the amount of parking, the amount of seating available, the cleanliness compared to other fast food places (generally) [even the restrooms are always clean], and how well lit the inside of the restaurant is. Even the outside is well lit, come to think of it; making for a more inviting experience (don’t feel I’m in a necessarily unsafe location for example).
The price of the food is a bit higher than other fast food chains, but inflation is real, and Arby’s uses actual real meat and other good ingredients not to mention better (bigger) portions so well worth it! Also, order online for coupons 😉

Question, how often do you change your frying oil? Last few times I came here. the curley fries tasted real bitter and almost rancid!. Please have your people change your oil. It really affects the taste of the fried food. Last your cheese sauce also needs to be looked at as well it too has very bitter taste. I believe that has gone bad. I tasted it seperate from the curly fries and yes the cheese sauce is bad!!!

I paid $9.50 for this sorry, flat, dry, no meat having sandwich, that looks like I bought it on Wish or Temu. (I posted a pic of what was advertised, as well as a pic of what I got) Right next to my CRINKLE fries that I ordered and didn’t get. Smh. Do better. Guy at the window was polite though.
