I saw the delicious commercial for your fish strips twice. They looked scrumptious. How disappointed and disgusted I was with the actual meal. Pureed fish in a batter that tasted and had the texture of sandy dirt. Well for whatever flavor the batter did have. The fish had NO flavor it was rather like eating oatmeal in a tapioca base. I was so sick and thought of the money I spent. I would have been way better off if I had eaten the tv with the commercial on it. How horrible to defraud the public like that. The staff was amazing, the food substitute was hot. It was just worse than cardboard.

Went there tonight (6/28/23) to grab dinner. When they gave us our bags, they packed ALL the sandwiches (4), 2 LG fries, 5 PC chicken strips, and a gyro all in one bag. Other 2 bags had 2 fries in it. The sandwiches were squished and messy to the point I had to reassemble all the sandwiches before we could eat. The fries were so cold! The crinkle cuts fries were very stale and hard. You can tell they have been sitting a while. My dogs wouldn’t even eat them! The apple turnover was hard and stale as well. We were VERY disappointed in this visit. We spent over $58 for cold, hard, stale food! You need to do better!

This store should be embarrassed on how they serve the public. My daughter got food poisoning. I tried to call just to inform them so no one else gets sick. These people don’t avert the phone at all. I tried calling 4 times through out the day and not one time, they clearly don’t care. To be honest the attitude they give you going through the drive thru is very poor. We will not be going back to this store, I would hope corporate does something. Arby’s is really going down hill. Very sad.

Arby’s has the meats. I love Arby’s and this is a nice one. Attached to a gas station with a nice clean dining area. Service was quick and the staff were friendly. I got the garlic ribeye with curly fries and it was delicious. I got food to go as well. So many things on the menu look delicious it’s hard to choose

I visited this place today, and they informed me that I could modify just a single component of the beef and cheddar sandwich. Unfortunately, I have an onion allergy, and the sandwich comes with onion buns. Despite my request, they only allowed one alteration to the sandwich. I’m quite frustrated that I couldn’t customize the sandwich according to my preferences.

There was a long line in the drive-through, which gave us time to decide on our order. The line moved along pretty quickly. The girl taking our order was patient with our questions. Only negative wad that we had no napkins.
