Avoid the Steak Nuggets. They are expensive (~$10 for 9 little bite size pieces, + $5 more for small drink and fries), tiny and super dry. Should be called beef bits and are nothing like what you see on the commercials.
UPDATE: Arby’s sent a follow-up link to provide further details. I completed their form and questionnaire and submitted, only to get a request rejected message (attached). Did this 3 more times and same result. They are not really wanting feedback, apparently

I walked in and saw that they were mopping the floors and had signs up to let me know the floor was wet. Then, the worker at the counter also called out and told me to be careful because the floor was wet. I appreciate the fact that the dining room was empty and they took the time to clean AND they made sure that I was safe.
I saw that they had a roast beef and cheddar meal special and went with that. The food was very good but I really think that a beef and cheddar should be obvious when you open it. I lifted the top bun and saw cheese sauce but the advertising always shows cheese sauce that is noticeable without lifting the bun. That isn’t the case when I’ve ordered the beef and cheddar at multiple locations. Hard to tell there is cheese sauce unless you look for it. Possibly an Arby’s thing to cut back…
As far as THIS location – if you want quick food that tastes great with very considerate workers then you need to stop at this location!

We were the only 2 customers in the store when we walked in. We were told to wait a minute, and stood there and watched them put away cold cheese for over 5 minutes before we walked out. Worst service I’ve ever seen at a fast food place. They definitely don’t care.

This is the first Arby’s I’ve ever been to where the cheddar on the beef and cheddar was so little you didn’t have any worry about getting sauce on your hand. I opened it up, and there was barely anything on it. So I asked at the counter and the very friendly cashier asked her manager. That woman told her that it is dispensed automatically, and if I want more, I need to buy it. Guess we just get a beef and cheddar in the center at this Arbys. It’s quite disappointing, and if it is a corporate cost saving shame on corporate….but the other location near my house wasn’t that way 3 months ago….
The place is nice and clean and so was the bathroom.

Food was okay. Wait time tucked. Our sandwiches were up but was waiting on the fries. They messed up other orders. One customer brought their chicken sandwich back in because it wasn’t done. Very short staffed. One staff member copped an attitude with a customer. Won’t be going back.

The women that took our order certainly should NOT be working with people as she clearly hates her job and customers. Seemed annoyed that she had to take our order..and spent more time fixing her bra stap then anything else. Finally my husband said “you don’t like your job do you?” Her response was “No, I was just admiring someones (?) SWEATER. ??? Another customer said he waited 40 minutes before anyone even took his order…needless to say never again.

Okay I’m really tired of the cheapskate cheese cups. Ordered a large curly cheese fries with an extra cup of cheese sauce. I received 1 cheese cup that wasn’t even half full and the other cup was not even a quarter full. Putting them together in 1 cup wouldn’t have even given me a full cup. Those cups should be full especially when I’m paying for extra. There wasn’t enough cheese to even get through half the box of fries and that was barely dipping them. Ridiculous. Either the employees are being cheap and intentionally not giving full portions, they’re just not paying attention or they could care less.
