Was craving this place so bad. I will say the fries came out fresh, but what the hell where’s the meat on my sandwich when I ordered a double? I’d hate to see the regular one. Really disappointed in the quality of there sandwich’s I guess that’s what you get now for eating at a fast food place.

The bought 3 French dip sandwiches And the new steak Nuggets. The sandwiches had hardly any meat and were on hotdog buns hardly any cheese and hardly any meat. The steak nuggets were burned it looked like charcoal pieces. The cost for this meal Was $20 and I would not feed it to my dog

This is the only Arby’s left in the area that served good food….Not anymore!!! The garbage I received, the half eaten looking cheese I received. Not to mention I ordered and payed for 2 side cups of Cheddar sauce! I received what appeared to be a half eaten cup of sauce, no meat on my sandwich and a bare container of curly fries…
Never again…this is not the first time in the past few months that my order was this bad….And considering I was charged over $12 dollars for this mess!!!
I also had to pull to the side to wait for an order that wasn’t even done right

Over cooked frys, for a place that screams “We have the meat” on their commercials they sure dont back that up. Hardly any meat on the sandwich I had and big chunk of I don’t know what on it, fat or gristle maybe. Not a good experience here. Staff was nice though.

Slow service every time I come here. Always need to wait extra time as they never have enough food available of any popular dishes. They barter with you to make you wait for the thing you actually and then forget that you are waiting and help customer in the line. No prioritization. Consider drive thru for faster service.

The bun was stale and hard around d the edges. I asked for a new sandwich. It was exactly the same! Fast food is not cheap. If I’m going to spend my money I would like my food fresh. This is the second time this happened. Last time i ordered at the drive through so I didn’t notice until I got home. All that food was tossed. Money wasted. Won’t be back.

Stopped by last night for a quick meal and was highly disappointed. Asked for two lemonades and got water instead & the chicken tenders were shriveled and tough to chew! The mozzarella sticks were probably the best part of meal and even those were lacking this time around. $23 + wasted!
