Great place, with some cheap and easy snack/side options- snack wraps, jalapeno poppers, potato cakes, and more. Other options can get a bit procier. The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. Inside, it was very bright and airy. My wraps were up quickly. This place is quick and easy to access from I-380. My only gripe is that the bell was at the OPPOSITE side of the door. We’re supposed to be able to ring it when leaving, to say “good job.” When it’s on the other side of the restaurant, it’s a bit tricky. That’s a tiny issue, though. Great place!

One of the best Arby’s I’ve ever ate at. I worked at one in the 90s so I know what stuff should taste like and how it’s cut. Servers were extremely polite and the food was hot and fresh. The curly fries were crisp as they should be.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. It took several minutes before anyone even took my order at the drive-through, and once they did, it was another 15+ minutes before I finally received my food. My order was just a single sandwich, yet I sat at the window for an unusually long time. The employee at the window was friendly, but never apologized or explained the delay. With that long of a wait, I feel like I should have at least been offered a free fry, some reward points, or something to make up for the poor service. I’ve always been the only one in my friend group defending Arby’s, and after this, I don’t think I can anymore.

The place is always clean, the people make the best food and are so nice. The restrooms are always clean and have plenty of paper products. The food is always warm and fries, cheese sticks, and poppers are hot and fresh. I almost always walk in to order our food to go. We like to eat our sides on the road and sandwich when we get home. Food prices are high but they’re high everywhere.

Pretty decent Arby’s. Food is usually hot and tastes decently fresh. Once in awhile the shakes aren’t good but usually ok. Not too long waiting in drive thru. Drive thru employees tend to be nice enough.
I’m editing this as of January 9, 2026. Changed to 3 stars. Last few times i went thru the drive thru were disappointing. Most recent visit i was in the drive thru more than 8 minutes and still hadn’t been greeted by anyone at the window.
Time before that the buns were not soft and tasted old. And the time before that, chicken was dark brown, dry, and stiff, like the oils had not been changed in some time.

Restaurant was clean fast and efficient with it being lunch hours. Bathroom was clean…. The gm was patient with my indecisiveness. Great customer service. Addressed me by name after placing order and still gave me the sandwich I canceled after changing my mind. I decided to try the gyro…only complaint is the gyro wrap is hard.

Arby’s really hits the spot when you’re craving something tasty and satisfying! Their burgers are juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right—and don’t even get me started on the fries!
