It’s a good thing I get 30 minutes for lunch, because I got to spend 25 of them waiting for my food in the drive-thru. And then when it finally arrived the employee just said “there ya go”. So thanks for the really cool experience. I guess it gets busy when there are two cars total in queue.

We stopped here to get shakes for dessert. The employee that helped us in the drive-thru was extra nice and fast! We got a large vanilla shake and a regular jamocha shake and they were both delicious. For both shakes, the total was about $8.

Filthy dining room, filthy restroom, sticky floors, unsanitary handling of drinking cups, no Arby’s Sauce in the dispenser, Went up front to tell them the dispenser was empty. We were given packets. Noticed on the way back that there were many packets sitting on filthy tables.
The food came ice cold when we were the only people inside the restaurant and there were onesie-twosies at the drive-thru.
The order-taker had his head buried in his phone; we were interrupting him to take our order. Later, he was scratching his head and pulling at his hair next to where the food was placed in bags for take-out while again with his head buried in his phone.
No one is in charge here. I spoke to someone who made eye contact with me. No apology, just blank stare. He said he would fill the dispenser with sauce. I was furious. I did not handle it well.
Where do you find these people?
No males with long hair had hairnets in food prep area.
We’ve returned to this location three times to give it a chance. No improvements.
I’ve contacted Arby’s about cleanliness of the dining room and restrooms and the poor employee hygiene via their website. No response.
I can’t recommend that anyone get food from here, not even drive-through. Yeccch.

It is hard to express how little meat was put on the sandwich. I realize it’s a slider and I don’t expect a lot, but the two chicken “nuggets” combined wouldn’t have been the size of one normal nugget. I won’t be returning.

Ordered 2 Beef and Cheddar sandwiches and 2 curly fries. One sandwich did not have any cheese and curly fries were all crumbs from the bottom of the barrel and luke warm at best. Tried to call to let them know but nobody would answer the phone. And please bring back potato cakes!

I go to this Arby’s near 86th street and I-35/80 in Urbandale often and I have always had good service. A majority of the time I use the drive through as I did today. I ordered a couple of chicken sliders and curly fries, love those fries! Today like a lot of the time I had a short wait but only because they made the sliders and the fries fresh after I ordered. I would rather wait a few minutes for fresh hot food than drive away quickly with something less. Arby’s is a higher quality of fast food in my opinion.
