Even though I had to wait to order, the guy (a super-polite black guy) who was working at 8:30 on Friday night was working with a great attitude! He felt bad I had to wait and gave me a free meal card! He went above and beyond to make sure my food and service were awesome!! Employees like that are hard to come by in Des Moines nowadays, espespecially in fast-food. Keep people like that on your team!!

Ordered food on Thursday, 02/27/2025. The drive thru cashier was friendly, but isn’t clean cut and wears a raggedy beard…not something most customers care to see in food service.
The chicken cordon Bleu sandwich was a mess. No slice of cheese, thin chicken patty and mashed on unappetizing shaved ham. The chicken bacon & swiss sandwich has very thin slices of bacon on it + a thin chicken patty & barely there sliced tomatoes. I bought 3 orders of $1.00 small curly fries (w/Arby’s coupon). Curly fries containers were not filled full like they’ve been in the past. Unfortunately most of the curly fries were hard/overcooked. WOW! What’s going on with the Southside of Des Moines?!? My family and I will definitely need to try out a different Arby’s location. Yikes!

It’s good. Everything is so high priced now. Not their fault. I had the French melt. Juicy & tender. They provided a big cup of aus ju.
Curly fries always hit the spot. I dip them in ranch for the sweet, spicy combo.
Service was weird. Order taken really quickly then waited at the window for an eternity.
Ate in today- chicken sandwich, curly fries, cherry turnover. $13. All very good. I had never tried a dessert and was not disappointed.
Clean inside. Friendly staff. Prompt service.

Arby’s has one of my favorite crispy chicken sandwiches. I love the Swiss bacon without honey mustard with mayo instead. This location has consistently good food and service!

Went through the drive through and ordered French dip and honey mustard chicken wraps. The wraps were a mess, there was so much honey mustard on them that it was oozing out of the tortillas and the chicken was cold. Needless to say. I won’t get food from here again!

The drive thru cashier was wearing a stocking cap and had longer hair that didn’t look clean at all. The food was hot and delicious. I was on lunch break and didn’t receive any napkins. Thats so important at least 1 napkin.
