Went through the drive thru at 8:10pm on Dec.9th 2025. The guy with the poorly dyed hair and nose ring was at the window. After placing my order, I told him I had 2 coupons before giving him my payment. He paused and let out grunt and said “You know you’re supposed to tell us if you have coupons up there. We have a huge sign for it.” There was no sign because I do look for those posters at the front of the drive thru. My boyfriend said he also didn’t see any sign and he also looked. The guy was seething with attitude. I informed him I didn’t see any sign and if there was it wasn’t lit up like the drive thru menu was. The dude let out another grunt after spiting out, “okay.” And then disappeared into the kitchen. You think for someone who works in a fast food restaurant that is known to make many human errors in a day, would know that maybe some people can’t see the sign at night and make that error of brining up coupons at the window.
I don’t care if he had a bad day, if he can’t fix his attitude at the window; he needs to work a warehouse job, so he doesn’t have to worry about customer interaction.
Food was decent though.

Worst beef n cheddar sandwich I’ve ever had from an Arby’s. Sloppily made, meat was all on 1 side of bun, very little cheese or sauce. Every. Single. Time. They ask if I want any sauce (also got steak bites and mozz sticks), tell them no sauce and don’t want the marinara. Marinara in bag EVERY time and there was a BBQ sauce also in bag for steak bites. Why ask??

Ordered off doordash. The food was so dry I didn’t even eat it. They sent me cheese sticks instead of curly fries come up with a cup of cheese. That makes no sense.

I go to this location a few times a month. Normally I use the drive thru and order the shakes. The shakes are very good! I especially like the Jamocha flavor. They also have Vanilla, Chocolate, and a seasonal flavor which during the summer is a very yummy Orange Cream! This location always has good service and friendly staff. The time I went inside the dining room was clean. Location is easier to get to if you enter and exit from the Walgreens entrance on Westown Parkway and 22nd Street.

The young lady at the front counter was very nice and efficient and polite. The atmosphere was the same as every other Arby’s nice and clean bathrooms were clean tables were being wiped off as we stood there. Now that new sandwich that they’ve the smoked brisket, got I did not like it! I won’t make that mistake again .

It’s fine. The curly fries are served at a comfortable temperature that you definitely won’t burn your tongue. I got a reuben, it’s lightly assembled bread was very fresh almost straight out of the package. Though it could have used some time on a grill to finish off the sandwich. Overall quite good. And the chocolate shake never misses.

Went thur drive thru and ordered food. The lady taking the order was impatient as hell. If she had been more patient our order might not have gotten messed up. We ask for crinkle fries with both our order and got curly fries. And the curly fries aren’t even really curly. The roast beef sandwich was poorly put together. Hope you do better the next time.. Also I see tht Arby’s didn’t reach out to me on my comment! Lol
