Want to try there Smokehouse Brisket sandwich, they put very little meat and no fried onions like it says in the description! Had to wait forever for someone to show up just to take the order. Very disappointed in this location they use to be very good.

Arby’s is Arby’s. The food is fine, not too salty, and consistent no matter where you are, unlike the Arched Clown Show.
This location is no different. Although, the on lady seemed a little withdrawn when asked for condiments for our to go order, but she could’ve been having a less than stellar day. She still responded promptly.
The only thing I have to say is that corporate needs to slightly redesign their cup seals. Pealing the paper off in order to get the straw in was a challenge, especially when you have food cooler. I get that you want to make it evident that the drink has been tampered with but it seems that it could be improved a bit.

This is the second time I have come during lunch time and the drive thru is blocked off with an orange cone. Once inside one customer patiently waiting, I order and wait 11 minutes before I ask for a refund. Sarah tells me it takes 6 minutes for fish. Well I have been standing here for 11 minutes. Oh her reason for the blocked off driveway was because she was going to be the only employee after two employee’s were leaving at lunch time. I will not be back

The service is usually great here. The workers are always kind and welcoming. I can’t recall ever having a bad experience here. The guy at the window had many tattoos, even on his face, but I think that’s great that they don’t judge potential employees for something like that. He seemed like a really nice guy.

Brand new Arby’s stood there 10 minutes waiting for 1 sandwich come to find out it sat on the counter for ever and was made wrong and they weren’t even busy the sandwich was also cold because it sat there so long the manager says it’s supposed to stay warm under a warmer if it’s going to take long totally unacceptable I highly recommend going to a different Arby’s

Went inside and ordered, waited 30 minutes and talked to a worker in that time, almost walked out ans they called my name, $13 for 30 minutes and cold food, probably won’t be going back, wasted my whole lunch for cold mediocre food
