Best arbys ever! If I didn’t know better I would think I’m in a nice sit down restaurant rather then fast food. Very well made and hot meals. Jen is the star of the place. Very friendly and up beat. Even came around the tables to make sure the food was good and was there anything else we needed.
She should be cloned and sent to all of the other franchises.

I had an issue with my order and was informed that I would receive a complimentary sandwich. I called the store and spoke to Emily, who was significantly more courteous than the previous manger who answered the phone. She took the time to explain the app to me and was incredibly helpful and patient. Despite my negative experience the previous time, Emily was incredibly sweet and dedicated to resolving my issue. She went above and beyond to assist me and should be recognized for her exceptional work ethic and positive character.

I ordered spicy chicken sandwich and large fry and large jomoka shake on my way to work and they hand me the wrong order without realizing it. I been promoted and we lost two employees and I’ve been working 12’s and 13 hour shifts. You guys are expensive and I don’t feel like dealing with management. They literally always mess something up. Is the burgers at Arby’s supposed to be pink?? I know some people may like medium rare burgers or rare or well done but?? It’s supposed to be DONE, and it was pink, tasted the way it smells coming out of the package, the drinks were fine the double roast beef was fine, but the BBQ bacon burger was WAY undercooked, and the big cheesy bacon burger as well both the hamburger on each of those sandwiches were raw,

The food wasn’t even hot when we received it. Bowl was underfilled. Sandwich was sub par at best. Lukewarm fries. Will never go here again

This place needs training from Angola Indiana’s Arby’s. Freshness and how to make sandwiches! Ordered a ham & Swiss and had different ham on it that was fatty wasnt shaved. Had to go bk and they fixed it but no sorry about that or nothing instead the employee laughed the whole time! Do better!!

3 pm on a saturday afternoon. Nobody else there doing business. I ordered 2 double beef n cheddar. This is what I got. I opened the first one, and a chunk of meat flops out on the floor of my truck. Leaving a cheese trail all the way down. They generously gave me 2 napkins! I paid $12.09 for these.

Let’s see I had to return to complain about my Greek hero. Which they promptly Said they would replace The manager started working on making the sandwiches a nice young lady asked me if I want to free shake and I said sure While she was trying to fill the shake the shake machine was empty so she had to fill it she was having some troubles with filling the shake machine she asked the manager at least 5 times did I heard of for help to no Avail another employee stood over her not offering to help. Seem to be sarcastic and in a way. There was one other person walking around that I could see that did not offer any help either. So I sat down That’s when the sarcastic lady says who’s your sandwich and I told or the I’m still waiting on my shake. So I sat there for another 5 or 10 minutes. And a nice young lady was finally able to get things working She came up and handed me my shake and said thank You. So to me a nice young lady deserves very huge raise a sarcastic Young lady deserves some education. In all fairness it’s more of a teenage thing then a sarcastic thing. The manager also need some training on how to manage time. Because although he got the sandwich to me right away I still had to wait 5 or 10 minutes for the shake which in turn you guessed it makes to saying which cold by the time I got home. Well I take this as a lesson learned I got out pretty cheap cost me 6 bucks basically. Not sure what happened but my sandwich tasted different from previous days I don’t know if they changed to sauce or something but it is definitely not to my liking. I can definitely find a better place to spend my money.
