Saw the advertised loaded Italian sandwich, so i had to try it. I think I got scammed…instead of “we got the meats”, it’s more of “where is the meat?”. Its far fetched from the picture on their screen. Very disappointed…fast food is shrinking in size yet the price is still going up. You are better off going to a restaurant than fast food now.

I never go in and sit down, so I thought I would try it, on a Saturday evening. Cashier was friendly and polite. I was impressed and I love their big variety menu of food. When the food came out it was hot and delicious. I really enjoyed the meat and 3 box, but the half pound beef n cheddar is my favorite. Also, they throw alot of deals at me on their app and I appreciate that.. Good job Arby’s, one of my favorite restaurants. 5 stars

I ordered WD crinkle cut fries, they were barely warm. I even ask the clerk when I got to the drive thru window, she lied. I asked for DIET COKE when I ordered, she rang in regular coke…nasty!
I did call and they said I could cone back and give the name they gave me on the call and I will get a new meal. We shall see if I actually do and how it is.

I just had lunch at this location, June 5th roughly 2pm, GREAT experience.Foh was great, boh great job! Food was amazing. As an experienced cook I was blown away by my experience. Witnessed 2 interviews, the first was over a card game, great idea! I hope she gets the job!

P:S: Now that the Dine-in is open. The tables need to be cleaned up regularly.
Everytime we go there all the tables are dirty with left over crumbles of food etc. We usually sit for 45-60 mins but not a single employee comes and checks out to see if the tables are clean or not. Plus some of the employees are obnoxiously loud and annoying.

Arby’s is definitely one of the better fast food chains out there. The Place looks, feels and provides better service than most of the other ones.
Due to Covid-19 the Dine-In has been closed for more than a year now. The Carry out just opened up as I am writing this. They have been mostly running on drive through though.
The Dollar $ Menu from 2pm-5pm has to be the best deal among all restaurants. The selection is pretty decent too. The shakes and fries are really delicious. They keep adding something new to their menu which keeps it interesting. All Covid protocols are being taken into consideration
Also, It is conveniently located in WalMart’s parking lot. So nothing like having a Root beer float on a hot day after some grocery shopping.

Edit: I did get a refund on the sandwich I never received. Corporate reached out to me due to this review.
I did a somewhat large order online. I drove from Vicksburg to this Arby’s. I was ordering for myself and my coworkers. I got back and realized they forgot one of the sandwiches. I looked at the receipt to make sure I payed for it. I did. I called and spoke to the manager hoping to get a refund for the sandwich that I paid for and never received. The lady I spoke with was extremely rude and called me a liar. She said, quote ” there were 13 sandwiches in the bag, what extra sandwich did you get”. I told her I didn’t get an extra sandwich and that one was missing. She said ” no, I counted 13 sandwiches and I know you got 13 sandwiches. So what extra sandwich did you get”. Again, I told her I didn’t get an extra sandwich. She said” I’m not giving you a refund because I know you got an extra sandwich. Bring back the extra sandwich and we can give you the sandwich you ordered. At that point I did not have time to go all the way back, plus I didn’t have an extra sandwich to give her. And that was it. I live near Three Rivers and that Arby’s has very nice people working there. I didn’t try to get a free sandwich. That was the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. . So, I’m out like $8 for a sandwich my coworker never received.

They was short staffed when I went through the drive through so we waited which was fine with me and my kids we didn’t mind, but I saw Jim or Tim (sorry i couldn’t remember which one you said) running around taking orders up front, making drinks in the drive through and bagging up orders I’m sure he was doing more then that but he handled all that so proper, respectful, and very pleasant while under pressure his mom raised him right and they got one hell if a worker thank you for the amazing service you deserve to be manger if you ur already not one there

My wife went there for lunch and her chicken was raw in the middle. I called up there and talked to the manager Zachary and he told me that she could come in either today(which was yesterday) or tomorrow(which is today) for a full refund and a couple free meal coupons. My wife went in today and Zachary wasn’t there but the manager Bre was and she was completely rude and acted like she could careless that my wife was served raw chicken. She only refunded the order no coupons or anything to make up for serving her raw food. We will never come back to this location all because of the manager Bre. Worst manager we have ever dealt with from a Arby’s and we travel all over the country.

Enjoy having their fish sandwiches! Kings hawaiian deluxe fish sandwich is so big. I was full after eating half! Curly fries are so yumm when they are fresh. Love their 2-5pm 1$ menu. The mint chocolate chip and Jamocha milk shake is so delicious! Mozzarella sticks and jalapeno poppers are the best! Staff is courteous and seating is spacious.
