I’m honestly not sure what Arby’s marketing strategy is anymore. I used to consider them top-tier fast food and didn’t mind paying a little extra for what felt like higher quality. Unfortunately, that no longer seems to be the case.
The portions have become noticeably smaller, and the overall quality has declined. The chicken tenders, in particular, are a huge disappointment. They used to be large, juicy, and full of flavor with a perfectly crisp breading — better than some sit-down chain restaurants. Now they taste like generic, heat-and-serve frozen chicken fingers you’d find at a grocery store.
Their specialty sandwiches seem to have followed the same path. What’s most frustrating is that the prices haven’t reflected these changes — they’re still higher than many other fast-food options. Even if prices were reduced, the drop in quality would keep me from making Arby’s a regular stop.
I hope Arby’s reconsiders these recent changes and brings back the quality that once set them apart. In their current state, it’s hard to see them staying competitive. Very disappointing.

Ordered a chicken bacon swiss..there was no bacon and barely any sauce on the sandwich. The cheese wasn’t melted and the chicken patty wasn’t even the same size as the bun..I did not get my receipt with my order either.

3 times i have been here and the wait has been over 15 minutes. They make you park off to the side after you pay, regardless of there is a line behind you or not. So im sure their drive thru times look great to corporate. Attached is a pic of no line, and me being parked off to the side after paying for my order. I won’t be back.

Bad bad bad experience. Rude employees, food was cold, missing a large chunk of our order. Then they act like it isn’t there fault. Go to McDonald’s next door. Or red lobster just down from them this Arby’s sucks.

If I could give zero stars on everything I would. The girl at the window taking the orders either wasn’t listening or was distracted. We kept repeating what we wanted and the order was still wrong. We went in to get our meal corrected and the manager on duty was extremely rude and confrontational. We will never visit this Arby’s again. This was a horrible experience all the way around.

Tried to get food, they wouldn’t take my money. Genuine American dollars printed in good faith of the entire United States government. They refused, and I left. Said they could only take credit card… I don’t know what their business model is, but I assume the owner would disapprove. If doing math and giving adequate change is too hard, I don’t want you to prepare my food.

Nothing like placing an entire $33 Door Dash meal because I was craving Arby’s sauce and added like 7 packets to my order to which I received ZERO packs of Arby’s sauce.

I really don’t understand how hard it to read an order and ensure that all items are in the bag. No horseradish either. Kinda shocked they remembered the ketchup for my Curly Fries, which were really good.
