Waited 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru when no one was ahead of us. Thought it might be because they were making fresh, but no. The two fries were cold, and the 2 roast beef sandwiches were lukewarm. Saw at least 2-3 workers inside. So disappointed!!

Went in for lunch today. All of the lady’s working were very pleasant, kind and friendly. Its been a while since I went in a fast food restaurant where the employees were all getting along and joking with each other. Great atmosphere!

I went to this Arby’s expecting a pleasant meal and atmosphere. But instead was greeted by the lobby being completely soaked and a hose coming from behind the counter along with an employee pressure washing the closed seating area. Plus it appears that 4 people were working but only 2 were actually doing theirs jobs.

I am fully disabled. I get ONE CHANCE a month to eat some good food when I get paid, after that I can’t afford anything. I pick Arby’s because it’s my favorite fast food. And this is what you do to me? Ridiculous… That’s supposed to be a regular roast beef and a regular chicken sandwich… Google what it’s supposed to be like… Added my girlfriend’s sandwich, she didn’t want to show it to me because she knew I was a little irritated but… Unbelievable….. That’s a twelve dollar sandwich….

Arbys is one of my favorite places to grab a quick fresh bite. This one was absolutely terrible. My daughter and I barely got any meat on our sandwiches and our medium fry might as well of been a small. Sandwiches were also slapped together. Their drive thru was slow and no dine in so there isn’t any excuse. Also, drive thru service could’ve been a lot better.
