I visited the drive-thru and was the only vehicle in line. After a brief wait, my order was taken, but the employee who assisted me was noticeably rude. Upon pulling up to the window, I waited approximately 15 minutes for my food while the employee stood at the window on her phone. While I could have chosen to leave, I had already been on the road for over two hours. It is disappointing to see the decline in customer service. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning.

I cant believe the manager said she wasn’t serving my brother because he asked what they $6 box had in it. The roast beef was awful. The restaurant is outdated and needs help. The Arby’s sauce tasted off. The unisex single bathroom
In the back of the restaurant parking lot was odd to say the least. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Extremely nice and polite service, didn’t receive the sauce I asked for; but since I was eating my drive through order in the parking lot I just went in and got some. They have an outdoor eating area with lots of parking spaces. They have dine in and restrooms. Prices are similar to other fast food joints. Food was excellent and fast service.

Lawn service was operating a motorized blower near the drive-thru order kiosk. I pulled ahead to the window to order because I couldn’t hear anything. When I explained this to the person at the window, their only comment was “well, I could hear you…”. The person did not appear to be interested in accommodating my needs or taking my order. After I paid, I was asked to pull ahead even though there wasn’t any cars behind me in line. I told them that I didn’t want to move and the reasoning behind it. The worker responded that there was a timer in the drive-thru that tracks order times and they needed me to move so that the clock would reset. Apparently, my convenience is less of a priority than their performance. Overall, it was a bad experience, even by Arby’s standards. Very unfriendly staff. Do not recommend.

The only issue I had was ordering a roast beef & cheddar on two separate occasions and receiving a roast beef sandwich instead. I guess when I say “No extra sauce” they take it too seriously.
