The lady that took our order was very friendly and kind her name is Jo Jo it was in the Mason, Michigan restaurant. One lady was very rude to one of the customers that had been waiting for his food for a while, he just ask when it was going to be done and she snapped at him and said it will be done soon, he said that is what you said 5 minutes ago. I did not see who it was just that it was a female.
Food was fixed fast. Staff was courteous and friendly. Facility appeared very clean, INCLUDING the men’s room, and we all know how often that’s not the case.
Would definitely visit again if back in the area.
When I received my sandwich, it was cut in half. I picked up the first half and had to search for the “MEAT,” which was still connected to the other half. I tore it off and opened up the first half, only to find that it hardly resembled a Loaded Italian. The meat was dry, and while the fries were hot and the drink was cold, there was way too much lettuce, peppers, and tomatoes, far outweighing the amount of meat.
The time it took to place my order was also excessively long. I thought something might be wrong inside, and after saying “hello” one more time, someone finally responded.
Will I try Arby’s again? Maybe in a few years, but definitely not the Loaded Italian. Honestly, I think I would have been better off spending $12 on a Powerball ticket, as I would have gotten more out of it!
When we got home the 5 piece chicken tenders ($7.89) were very small (2 × 3), dry, cold and contained more breading than meat, which was scant. The fries were cold as well, no heat on them at all. Part of my order was wrong. My little guy wouldn’t eat them. Next time I guess we’ll head to a restaurant. The food will be hot, appetizing and edible.
