The service here is consistently terrible. Bad attitudes, move like they are on vacation (currently waiting for my food 10+ minutes no one else here or in drive thru, 4pm watching my food get cold), not enough workers and the ones they have couldn’t care less.
Edit: After getting the food home, a 3 minute drive away, the fries were so cold they couldn’t have been made in the last hour, the bun was stale and about a third of the usually pink roast beef is sickening shade of grey/green.

I stood in lobby about 12:40pm on 12/09/25 and listened to the staff talk bad about people. Two employees looked right at me and ignored me. I saw the manager come around the corner look at me and go back where she came from. I never eat fast food but because I was hungry and no time I figured this would be the healthiest choice of the local options. After seeing the behavior and racist remarks towards whites I choose to go to Mc Donald’s. I wasnt going to leave a review on this issue but after getting to work and discussing what my experience was with others… I heard similar stories. I bet this particular store sales are down compared to other local competitors.

I came for a rust beef cheese sticks and a drink I’ve never even waited this long for ribs and there was one person in front of me that said she was here for 20 mins I’ve been here 15 already they have a full staff and nobody is doing anything and when someone does you can obviously see they don’t want to do shit I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE AND I WILL NAME IT VERY CLEAR TO ANYONE I KNOW TO AVOID GOING TO THIS STORE the food tasted like it was done the whole 25 mins I had to wait anyway this place is trash

So this review is not going to have anything to do with the location but specifically the new smokehouse wagyu burger.
First impressions when I took the burger out of the bag it had some decent weight to it. I unwrapped it and I wasn’t that excited because I really couldn’t see the meat. The menu said that it was cooked medium well which I don’t know if that’s the case more like well done. I was struggling to find the seasoning which I don’t know if they even season the burgers or if the burgers are even fresh. I’m assuming that these are frozen and then heat it up. It had the sauce on it that was a little tangy and it wasn’t bad. It was actually smaller than I was expecting. I think my hopes were high coming to Arby’s and not getting roast beef and trying to get a burger. I got the combo with the drink and the curly fries and it was $9.21. Not terrible but it really didn’t do anything for me and I’m still kind of hungry.
I would say if you haven’t had it yet you’re really not missing anything. I’m thinking the next time I want a burger I go to a burger place and not a roast beef place.

Got a roast beef gyro & regular gyro for my dad.Had bone in it. He is 82 years old & hurt his mouth. Also got 2 fries & 2 roast beef & cheddars. I live 5 min away and everything was cold!!!

Terrible experience.
The service was awful. We ordered to dine in, but everything was packed to go without asking us. One of the chairs was broken, the place was very dirty, and there was a bad smell inside. Many sauces were unavailable.
The staff was not customer-oriented at all and showed no interest in helping or fixing the issues. Definitely not coming back and would not recommend this location.

I ordered 2 5.00 Roast beef classic but I wanted four didn’t know how to do it.Approached window, Greeted by Nick at the window He was awesome …said.. no problem we can double that.. andALSO I told him I wanted my fries to be full because I hate when they’re only half he said oh I’ll take care of you…..
So with the coupons
4 for $10.00 and small curly fry.
12.50 for my work lunch tonight & snack on the way.
