First I would like to say this is not a review of staff. I don’t believe this has anything to do with them. They were nice and fast. This is for corporate. The steak bites was by far the worst thing I ate in years. The meat was obviously chuck that was tenderised some how. It was chewy and filled with fat. The 6 to 8 nuggets I through away 2 for how nasty the texture was. This felt like I ate road kill. For 9.85 cents I could have gotten many other options. My stomach is turning thinking about the texture and flavor. It was not spoiled let me add. It was just gross.

Last couple of dine In experiences the food left a lot to be desired. Tepid food temp at best. Hard cold crinkle fries and mildly warm sandwich. Not a good experience for this store.

This location is hit or miss. This one lady who works mid shift usually has a questionable attitude and conveniently forgets to give me something or gives me the wrong order. Ever since I used free sandwich coupons I got for poor service at another location its been 50 50 if she is working. Not sure why she hates on paying customers but yea. Food is generally good/ok for being Arby’s.

I went through drive thru. The young lady was very pleasant. She gave me everything that I needed and asked for . The food was delicious. I will come again and patronize this restaurant. I recommend if you’re in the area to do the same.

Went inside up to the counter and got no service. Two employees one who appeared to be a manager in the dining room sitting in their phones and at least one I saw in the back. I said twice ‘anyone here to help’ and no one responded. I was at the counter for several minutes. I really wanted some arbys but I left.

Lady at the speaker rushed me through. When she went to hand me my food she tossed it and it went onto the ground outside. Her response was “sorry they have me doing way too much” very disappointed.

I went in like every other day, ordered a roast beef sandwich sliced thin, the general manager tells me it’s already pre cut and nothing she can do about it, I didn’t say anything but thought to myself if you advertise it’s sliced fresh how is it pre sliced? And what made me angry but held my self back was the fact that I come there a few times a week for lunch and the cashier and cook always cut it thin for me, I don’t see how a GM can say that the meat is pre sliced and she can’t do anything about it, yes you can, you type “ask me” on the order and when the person on the line asks what that is you tell him sliced thin, like they do every other time I come around. Never going back there, she also gave me the scrapes of fries, hard and nasty. Shane on your GM.

Best location, not crowded. Nice food. Lots of options. Lots of free parking. Drive through available. Public washroom available . Wheelchair accessible. Charging power outlet available. Free wifi. Big dine in place.

Restaurant was clean and quiet. Mike took our order and made us feel like special people with his fantastic attitude. I had the Pulled Pork sandwich at Mike’s suggestion, and it was FANTASTIC!!! We Always get GREAT service when we eat here! The folks working here are eager to make the customers feel welcome and special!! This is our main “go-to” place for lunch when we’re out.
