Paying over $20 for a meal that you have to wait 3-5 minutes for, only to receive it with cold fries cooked in old grease. I swear…the most simplest act of care—serving food right—is being skipped. Like damn, it’s fries. Not filet mignon.

Visited this location for lunch with my coworkers at lunchtime. If you like lukewarm service and food,then this is the place for you! Our food orders were filled fast, but that’s because the fish for the sandwiches and the curly fries were sitting around in warmers. The last couple of times we have visited this location the food wasn’t hot. Seems like their priority is to get your money and getting you outta there rather than giving their patrons a quality product. I won’t be going back. Ever.

It was mainly the fries, although the sandwich could have been better as well. But the fries were absolutely ridiculous. I can’t see how they were served like that. He had to see that those fries were no good. I ordered crinkle fries. They were mixed with many curly fries not hot or fresh at all with a freezer burnt taste, the sandwich was wet and sloppy. I know I had a coupon that yall gave me from a previous purchase. The fries on that purchase was also freezer burnt tasting, but those employees on that day at least had them hot and the sandwich was prepared presentable. seems like I should have got a eatable meal i paid what I was asked to pay… that money i paid with was all good

Stopped in for a late meal on a 7hr drive home. The food was hot and fresh. They went above and beyond by maying a Gyro with a wrap. Amazing customer service. Hot, fresh, delicious food. Wish it was closer to home.

Today at 5:37 PM, a male employee with glasses refused to switch a mistakenly ordered Diet Dr Pepper for a regular one. When I asked, he laughed, said “I already gave it to you,” and walked away. Very rude and unprofessional behavior. This alone was enough for me to never return. Terrible customer service.

HORRIBLE!!!! My husband purchased the King Hawaiian Fish deluxe meal, was told to pull to the side. What’s so terrible about the whole ordeal is the whole meal was cold. Everyone knows the fish has to be dropped due to order. Not serving cold old fish and fries.

Went in and got the French dip meal. Seems the sandwich got smaller and is packaged in paper as opposed to a box. Disappointed in the cost of sandwich with coupon and does not even look worth the coupon price of 7.99 it appears to be size of a hoagie bun. I could get more meat for 7.99 at subway, Meijer, or Walmart also How can it be a French dip without the Au jus?
