Store number 6368, LaFayette, IN- Stopped in for a quick restroom break and quick bite on the way to Chicago. There was someone holding up the women’s bathroom so my wife and I stood waiting for about 5 mins, all for their MALE employee Tyler to come out. Went in after him and there was no tissue…… I asked the guy waiting to ring up orders to get tissue. A lady came up- possibly a manager? I told her her male employee came out of the womens restroom and her reply was “oh, he did?” In a tone as if this was nothing new at all! I asked for tissue. She went to grab some but then conveniently stopped by the fry bay and the window to give out food, sat the tissue over by that register and proceeded to bag fries… AS IF I WASNT STANDING WAITING FOR TISSUE after just asking for some! My wife was in the bathroom waiting to use the missing tissue. We both received ourselves, washed out hands and left. They were not going to benefit from our hard working dollars after that BS…. And what do ya know? The 1st 2 reviews found hair in their food. HA! Won’t HE work in mysterious ways.

Yes, I took a bite out of it because I drove to this place. I chose this Arby’s for lunch but I’m so unsatisfied and this is why I don’t usually choose Arby’s first, but I decided to chance it and I should’ve took my $8.55 somewhere else This is supposed to be a brisket sandwich and it looks nothing like the photo on the menu of course, but It could have at least had more meat on it. It barely had any of the onions on it. It’s unacceptable. I’m sorry.

Man was one of the friendliest servers I’ve seen in a while! He needed help with putting in a senior discount, and the guy that came out was downright rude. “What do you need now?” in that very “You’re bothering me” tone. It’s good to see team work. It’s horrible to see a disgruntled attitude by someone who may be handling food! There were actually 2 things incorrect on our food, but D made it right with a smile.

Everything was average until my wife noticed a hair in my sandwich. When we showed them the hair and they confronted Ashley, she started insinuating the hair belonged to my wife. The hair was a lighter colored hair and short and my wife’s hair is black so…anyways be careful eating from here.

Went in to get dinner with my wife and while deciding what to order 2 staff members started arguing very loudly in front of us. Very unprofessional. Also 1 of the 2 that was arguing was sick and he was talking about his stomach hurting and he was about to throw up. Nice to see they let their staff work sick. We walked out and ate somewhere else.

The guy working drive thru was legit doing his best. He prewarned there would be a wait on chicken. I was fine with that. Order was taken at 9:27pm. I saw him and another woman (Mgr I think) working hard to get orders out.
I was at window and pulled forward to wait for order. I see this girl with blonde and pink hair taking out trash. And cars start wrapping around drive. She is just slowly moving back inside and starts mopping the lobby. I am positive that they needed her help. She glanced back at them a could times but tried to stay hidden. I saw her on her phone repeatedly. In her extremely long attempt at mopping. At one point someone must have asked something of her. She came to counter never washed her hands-that at this point have taken trash closed dumpster lid, touched door handle, mop, phone and in her hair. She took my food and another customers from the counter rolling her eyes. I saw her listening to someone. And she just shrugged as if saying “oh well”
Then she puts one of the bags under her armpit as she opens the door with one hand and holds the other bag and her phone in the other. She calls out chicken fingers. It was for the other car. Hands it to them and they asked what time they closed. She said “10pm,why?” They just left. She comes to me. And tosses in order. I ask her to wait. She was either ignoring me or her headphones were too loud. She walks away. I had no napkins no sauce. And my fries were the broken pieces from the bottom of the bin. Time is not 943pm. I walk inside, and stops her mopping to look annoyed that I’m walking on her floor. I had to ask the poor mgr to stop what she was doing to get me sauce. She did and she was very nice and helpful. The girl who was pretending to mop playing on her phone and who has no customer service skills at all. And is down right unsanitary- is making me consider calling the health dept. I paid $20 for my food. Arby’s isn’t cheap. I came here for good quality and cleanliness. It normally is on point. This hot mess of an employee is making u look bad.

The workers at this location are lazy and passive aggressive.
They’re not able to make off menu items, which is only irritating, but they’ll take it a step further by messing up your order if you modify anything. Maybe it’s incompetence and not passive aggressiveness but either way it isn’t cool for a fast food place that charges what it does.
I ordered a classic beef and cheddar with no red sauce and got a slapped together sandwich with a sesame seed bun.
Something like this happens every time I’ve tried eating here.

I gave it a very low score because when I went didn’t have half the materials I ordered the pulled pork sandwich they didn’t have the right barbecue sauce my sandwich was very wet from the pulled pork it was like he didn’t drain the rest of the juice off and I had some barbecue sauce but he did put a lot on it and was some bbq sauce they had there. The floor was very sticky all over the bathroom was nasty but I did discover until I finished my food but the floor walking in the restaurant was very sticky other customers will work up cleaning about it. And then I wanted the steak sandwich at first but you guys didn’t have a bread so I had to settle for something else and when I got that it wasn’t right either so you guys have to do better.
