I would give no stars if I could. I came to the location inside and the manager in duty on this day at 7:30pm said in order to get the sandwich offered on the app once downloaded. I asked if anyone else understood how the app worked. It was the manager that was very unprofessional and when I asked if I could join st order the sandwich she stormed off and rudely said don’t worry about it. I don’t understand why people have to be so rude if you don’t like your job or people find something that is better suit for you. Her name was Kristen

ZERO STARS!!!!! I HAD TO PUT ONE TO POST. Came in from another state after driving all day. Checked in to hotel and ran across to Arby’s for a last minute dinner. It was the most disgusting horrible food I’ve ever had from any Arby’s Ever!! I was too tired and hungry to go back to the restaurant so we ate what we could tolerate out of the $27 dollars of food. I called them and the manager thanked me for the input of the Terrible Food!! No offer of any kind of compensation, Nothing!!! I worked in the food business for a very long time and I would have been so embarrassed to do absolutely nothing for a customer. So Arby’s, thanks for nothing, in every way!!!!!

Stopped here for lunch on the road and was an excellent choice. The manager took our order and made the coupons work for us. Our gift card was hard to scan but they found a way to let us use it. The sandwiches were perfect and the orange shake was wonderful. The team here knows how to treat a customer right. We will definitely be back when traveling this way again.
