I like Arby’s, but I don’t think I have been to this location. I tried the Deep Fried Turkey Gobbler Sandwich, Medium Crinkle Cut Fries, and Medium Diet Coke. I have had the Deep Fried Turkey Sandwiches in the past, and I thought they were delicious. This one was no different. You don’t normally get Deep Fried Turkey Sandwiches on a regular basis, and I always look forward to when they bring them back.

This Arby’s is in Hagerstown ind. I am from Indianapolis ind. The food was so much better, and more if it. the girl working the drive thru was very nice and courteous. The place was clean, they had music playing inside and all the employees seemed to enjoy being there doing their jobs. We had a very pleasant experience here. Thank you Arby’s!

Late dinner stop on our road trip. This was the other side of a gas station. The gas station with Hip hop up full volume and Arby’s with screaming heavy metal was too much for anyone with sensory issues. The small dining area was unkept. The employees were friendly, but completely uninterested in being there for work. Probably wouldn’t stop at that specific location next time

Not a good Arby’s. Beef is sliced too thick and is gross and tough like that. Also not much of the gross meat on the sandwiches. Mozzarella sticks had been cooked a long time ago and not kept warm. We threw away over half of what we ordered. Keep driving until you get to a different Arby’s.

I pass by here weekly and for roughly the past six months, either the drive through is closed or the whole operation is closed. It’s now 5:38 p.m. and the drive through is blocked. When I pulled up to order inside, I learned that the restaurant is closed for the day.
UPDATE: I received a reply from the owner suggesting “call your local restaurant to confirm (current hours of operation).” Really? I call a five-star steakhouse in downtown Indianapolis to confirm reservations, not a fast food operation. What a pathetic attempt to deflect incompetent management. If you can’t find good help, then pay more and treat your employees better and then pull the franchise of any owner who continues to ruin your brand.

Cold food. Fries were extremely dry, overdone, and old. Should make fresh fries for customers. Chicken sandwich is a no go. Also the speaker didn’t work to place the order. Would not recommend.
