Today I went out on a limb. I tried the steak bite sandwich. It scared me. I can’t even lie just looking at the photos but something yearn for me to just reach out and try it and I did as I took bites into it. I realize what I’ve been missing. Service is just terrible at night, they desperately need help. Every time I’ve come through on my way to work, I’m stuck sitting through drive through at least 10 to 15 minutes, even when there’s only couple cars in line. Fries were cold and gross. I ordered a double beef and cheddar. I did not get a double. Potato cakes were also cold and gross. No straws in bag. No napkins in bag. By far the worst service I’ve ever had from Arby’s. This is horrible. For almost 30$ for 2 combos. For cold nasty food. And missing straws and napkins. Drive thru girl was rude at the window and snarky sounding as well. I won’t ever go back to this location. It was about 615 pm

Ridiculous and Employee blamed everything on doordash. Bag was sealed, beside I don’t know how door dash undercooked a burger. Also, we were giving the wrong roast beef.

This location is always slow when I come through. I usually come around 10pm and usually maybe 2 to zero cars in line and I’m always stuck waiting. Ordered 2 jalapeno sliders and jalapeno bites. Bites were good, but sliders were terrible! You could tell the meat was old, it was shriveled up and hard around the edges. Little to none jalapeno on them. That was my lunch for work, but end up tossing the other sandwich because it wasn’t edible
