We recently had 2 chicken sandwiches, and the chicken was so overcooked, it was practically nonexistent. All that remained was a crispy, dry shell of breading. It was like chewing on a piece of cardboard. We couldn’t help but ask ourselves, ‘Where’s the meat?’ It was as if the chicken had vanished into thin air, leaving behind a hollow, breading-filled void. The flavor was nonexistent, and the texture was simply unpleasant. I’ve had my fair share of fast food chicken sandwiches, and this one takes the cake (or should I say, breading?) for the worst.

Waited next in line for drive thru for 15 minutes when it was finally our turn the employee was speaking so softly through the speaker we could barely understand them. As I was making my order I had to repeat several times and before I could finish he told me to pull around so after another 10 minutes of waiting they seemed offended that I wasn’t done ordering and had to make my order two separate orders and they made the food incorrectly that I repeated multiple times, then the employee lied to my face about it. I eat here often and have never had an experience like this.

Stopped in at Arby’s in Huntington indiana to get dinner first thing when we walked in the ac was not working its like 90 out today the inside was just as hot . The next thing was the young man at the register was not very knowledgeable with the ingredients in the food. He couldn’t take my order correctly. So anyways we ordered 2 Philly cheese steak and the picture showed peppers and onions but they quit using them so what’s a Philly cheese steak with no peppers or onions just a meat sandwich. It’s been so long since I’ve been to Arby’s I was looking forward to a decent sit down dinner . I will never come back to this Arby’s again.

We were the only car in the drive-thru thinking we would hot and fresh food because it took so long. Nope. The order taker was rude and unpleasant. The fries were cold like they had been sitting out too long and the sandwiches were not hot, just barely warm. One was supposed to be without cheese and it had cheese on it. The man who gave us our food was the one who took our order and was not friendly. Super disappointed especially the price we paid for everything.

This is the worst Arby’s I have ever been in. I went in today to get some supper around 4 pm. It was hot in there. Just unbearable to even sit in there to eat. I took my food to my car and sat in my air conditioning to eat. The soft drink machine did not have any carbonation, so the only drinks available were Power Ade, Lemonade, and water. My fries were soggy, and my cheese sticks were not hot. This is the second bad experience I have had with this location. I will not be back.
